摘 要：本文采用层次分析法，确定高校教工食堂满意度各指标的权重系数。运用模糊综合评价法对高校教工食堂满意度指标进行评价研究。以定性分析和定量计算相结合的方式建立合适的综合评价体系，探究食堂满意度中的问题。提出进一步提升食堂满意度的对策方法，让教职工享受到更加优质的饮食服务。

Abstract：In this paper， the analytic hierarchy process is used to determine the weight coefficients of each index of the satisfaction degree of university staff canteens. The evaluation of the satisfaction index of colleges faculty canteen is studied by Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. Qualitative analysis and quantitative calculation are combined to establish an appropriate comprehensive evaluation system， and explore the problems in the satisfaction of the canteen. In order to further enhance the canteen satisfaction to find countermeasures， so that the faculty to enjoy more quality catering services.

随着高校后勤社会化改革的不断推进，高校食堂逐步实行外包模式，既要保障其公益性，又要保障饮食服务的特殊性，如何平衡两者的关系是目前高校食堂面临的主要矛盾。既要评价食堂的经济效益，又要评价其社会效益，因此选择一种科学有效的评价方法尤其重要，有助于对现有经营体制下的高校食堂进行科学的综合评价。

关于学生食堂满意度的研究比较多，大多数属于定性评价，定量研究较少。但是教工食堂满意度的研究则很少。本研究利用定性和定量的研究方法，采用网上问卷调查的形式，了解教职工对教工食堂的满意度，运用层次分析法（AHP）建立教工食堂满意度评价指标体系，结合模糊综合评价法定量分析满意度，为高校食堂管理部门和食堂经营单位提供理论参考，并据此采取提高食堂满意度的措施。

1 数据收集

采用网上问卷调查的形式进行食堂满意度数据的收集。采用李克特量表形式的调查问卷，选项为“满意”“比较满意”“一般”“比较不满意”“不满意”，相应的分值：5分、4分、3分、2分与1分，分值越高，表示教职工对食堂的满意程度越高。……
