摘要：舞蹈教学是中职舞蹈专业学生学习的重要内容，然而现阶段中职学生在学习舞蹈课的过程中，存在着学习质量不高、学习积极性不浓的问题，严重影响了中职舞蹈教学的效果。为了有效的提高中职学生的舞蹈学习效果，进一步激发学生的舞蹈学习兴趣，对于全面提升中职学生舞蹈教学质量有非常重要的作用。本研究将探索中职舞蹈教学过程中激发学生参与兴趣的策略，以期通过本文的研究能够进一步改善中职舞蹈教学现状，提升中职舞蹈教学效果和质量。

Abstract： dance teaching is an important content of secondary vocational dance major students to learn， but at the present stage of secondary vocational students in the process of learning dance class， there are not high learning quality， learning enthusiasm is not strong， seriously affect the effect of secondary vocational dance teaching. In order to effectively improve the dance learning effect of secondary vocational students and further stimulate their interest in dance learning， it is very important to comprehensively improve the dance teaching quality of secondary vocational students. This study will explore the strategies to stimulate students' interest in secondary vocational dance teaching， so as to further improve the current situation of secondary vocational dance teaching and improve the teaching effect and quality of secondary vocational dance.

1  中职学校舞蹈教学现状分析

1.1舞蹈基础薄弱。中职学校选择舞蹈专业的学生并非全部由于自己的个人兴趣和爱好，而是为了专业发展的需求学习舞蹈。因此这类学生在学习舞蹈专业之前并没有扎实的舞蹈基础，而且在日常生活和业余时间也没有积极的进行舞蹈练习，因此表现出基础舞蹈技能非常薄弱，在学习的过程中其困难较大。而且有部分学生在进入舞蹈专业之前属于舞蹈“零基础”，缺乏完整的形体训练，而且进入中职阶段其形体结构已基本成型，因此在学习的过程中对于肌肉伸展、躯体柔韧度、软开等相关方面会有有严重的困难，舞蹈基础薄弱严重影响了学生的学习兴趣和积极性，也进一步影响了学生的舞蹈学习效果。
