【摘  要】伴随着我国科技发展的突飞猛进，信息化背景下的衍生产物也纷至沓来，以自媒体为代表的新兴媒体类型正渗透到人们生活的各个领域。自媒体走进校园，促使学生之间发展出了新的交友方式，拓宽了视野，但与此同时也给传统的校园教育和管理方式带来不小的冲击，向班主任的班级管理能力发出新的挑战。班主任应结合自媒体的特点，制定并开展相应的管理办法。基于此，本文简要地介绍了在这种背景下班主任面临哪些挑战，提出几点有效的班级管理实践策略，以期为高中班主任提供一些行之有效的参考办法。

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of my country's scientific and technological development， derivative products in the context of informatization are coming one after another. Emerging media types represented by self-media are permeating all areas of people's lives. Since the media entered the campus， students have developed a new way of making friends and broadened their horizons， but at the same time， it has also brought a big impact on the traditional campus education and management methods， and has issued new challenges to the class management ability of the class teacher. The class teacher should formulate and carry out corresponding management methods in accordance with the characteristics of the self-media. Based on this， this article briefly introduces the challenges faced by the class teacher under this background， and proposes several effective class management practice strategies in order to provide some effective reference methods for the high school class teacher.

自媒體时代的到来，意味着人们不仅是信息的接收者，同时也担任着信息传播者的角色，必定会相应地改变人们的生活方式。种类繁多的社交媒体、平台，如雨后春笋般涌出，高中生也逐渐成为较为活跃的用户群体，对高中生的思想、心理、学习生活都产生了一定的影响。同时，对于高中班主任的班级管理能力也发起了挑战，提出有效的解决方法，学会利用自媒体这把“双刃剑”，会在某种程度上获得新的实践成果。

一、自媒体时代下高中班主任班级管理工作面临的挑战

（一）自媒体对传统教育模式的挑战

自媒体的发展速度超出了人们的预期，导致高中历来实施的传统教育模式受到很大冲击，主要通过以下四个方面体现出来：对教师教学理念的影响、对学生思维习惯的影响、对教学手段的影响，以及学生对班级集体活动缺乏积极性。……
