摘  要：在高校教学当中，随着素质教育的不断改革和深入，高校一直在不断地完善自身的教学内容，为高校学生提供全面发展的机会，同时也使教学的内容得到了不断的完善，为高校学生创造了优质的教学环境，并且在教学当中很多高校都采用创新型教学内容，来达到满足时代发展进步的需求。本文针对高校跆拳道教学的影响因素进行了简单的描述，也阐述了高校跆拳道在实际教学中应用的重要性，同时对现阶段面临的问题给出了相应的策略分析。

Abstract： In the teaching of colleges and universities， with the continuous reform and deepening of quality education， colleges and universities have been constantly improving their own teaching content， providing opportunities for all-round development for college students， but also constantly improving the teaching content， creating a high-quality teaching environment for college students， and many colleges and universities adopt innovative teaching content in the teaching To meet the needs of the development and progress of the times. In this paper， the influencing factors of Taekwondo Teaching in Colleges and universities are briefly described， and the importance of Taekwondo application in actual teaching is also described. At the same time， the corresponding strategy analysis is given for the problems faced at this stage.

其实对于跆拳道来说，它是一项非常健康并且时尚的运动项目，并在实践当中得到了很多人的青睐，尤其是在高校教学当中，跆拳道运动不仅可以让高校学生提升自身体质水平，同时为高校学生提供了防身的能力。高校跆拳道教学在实际的教学应用当中有着重要的意义，这也使得很多的高校不断的将跆拳道融入到教学当中，通过高校跆拳道的推广来养成高校学生健身运动的意识，由于跆拳道具有一定的对抗性，所以在实际教学当中还是有一些影响因素需要注意并不断进行改善的，同时学校跆拳道并不是一两天就可以完成的，想要在跆拳道上取得一定的成果，是需要不断的努力坚持的，所以在这种情况下面对影响因素找出适度的应对策略是高校跆拳道教学比较关键的问题。……
