摘  要：在新时期环境下，国民对体育事业的发展十分关注，这也促进了教育体系对体育课程的广泛重视。为了更好实现体育教育，高校需要根据时代发展的情况，做好对体育课程的有效改革。而互联网技术是现阶段应用的先进信息技术，有着显著的特点和价值，为高校体育课程改革提供了良好的条件，本文就针对互联网技术在高校体育课程改革中的应用进行探析，希望对高校体育教育发展提供帮助。

Abstract： In the new era， people pay close attention to the development of physical education， which also promotes the education system to pay attention to physical education curriculum. In order to realize PE education better， colleges and universities need to make effective reform of PE curriculum according to the development of The Times.Internet technology is an advanced information technology at the present stage， which has remarkable characteristics and values and provides good conditions for the reform of college physical education curriculum. Below， this paper analyzes the application of Internet technology in college physical education curriculum reform， hoping to provide help for the development of college physical education.

現阶段，互联网技术在各行各业中都得到了广泛的运用，人们的生活和工作也离不开互联网技术，同时为了更好地实现高质、高效的教育目的，高校对互联网技术的运用也是逐渐加深，其中在高校体育课程改革中，互联网技术就发挥了重要的作用，为高校体育课程的教学和管理具有重要的意义，而互联网技术在高校体育课程改革中如何进行应用，就是本文主要研究的内容。

1  互联网技术在高校体育课程改革中应用的价值
