摘  要：随着2022年冬奥会的成功申办，滑雪旅游走进了人们的视野，成为深受大众喜爱的冬季运动项目。目前，我国东北等地区拥有较好的气候和自然资源，滑雪产业发展迅速，洛阳市的地理和气候因素相对于东北地区有着一定的劣势和不足，但是在经济、人文等条件上也存在着一定的优势。提升洛阳市滑雪旅游项目的服务质量，对洛阳市滑雪旅游的发展能产生非常积极地影响。通过SERVQUAL模型运用实地考察法和问卷调查法等方法，经过分析得出所得服务质量评价得分所有项目均为负值，参与者的体验满足不了期望，针对洛阳市滑雪旅游服务质量的发展从滑雪场、旅行社、滑雪教练等方面作出总结并给出了相应的建议。

Abstract：With the successful bidding of the 2022 Winter Olympics， ski tourism is attached more attention by people and has become a popular winter sport. At present， as there are better climate and natural resources in the northeast China， the skiing industry develops rapidly. Compared with the northeast China in skiing， the geographical and climatic conditions of Luoyang city have certain disadvantages and shortcomings， but it still has advantages on its economy and humanistic connotations. It will have a very positive impact on ski tourism development to improve its service quality in Luoyang city. Based on the SERVQUAL model， by methods of investigation and questionnaire， scores of all items in the service quality evaluation are found negative and the participants' experience can't meet their expectations. We summarize and give corresponding suggestions on the improvement of Luoyang's service quality of skiing tourism from ski resorts， travel agencies， ski instructors and other aspects.
