摘  要：在高校前期教学改革工作的巨大影响下，高校体育教学改革工作相继开展。体育课程虽然一直作为高校课程教学体系中的一个重要组成存在。但受各方面现实因素的影响，高校体育教学改革成果相较于其他专业课程而言不甚理想。为此，本文以高校体育教学为研究对象，通过对当今高校体育教学现状的探究，就体育教学改革完善对策进行了详细的研究。

Abstract： Under the great influence of the pre-university teaching reform， the reform of physical education in colleges and universities has been carried out one after another. Although physical education curriculum has always been an important component of the teaching system of college curriculum. However， influenced by the influence of various practical factors， the results of the reform of physical education in colleges and universities are not ideal compared with other professional courses. To this end， this paper takes college physical education as the research object， through the current situation of physical education teaching in colleges and universities， on the reform of physical education to improve the countermeasures for a detailed study.

1  高校體育教学现状

在高校前期教学改革工作的巨大影响下，高校体育教学改革工作相继开展。在高校教学管理者的引领下，越来越多的教育人员意识到了体育教学之于体育专业建设、之于学生个人身体素质提升、之于其他专业课程教学的重要意义，并开始有意识地对自身的体育教学行为、模式予以有针对性的改革。尤其是在国家终身体育、终身教育概念的提出，更是为高校今后的体育教学改革之路指明了发展的方向，为高校体育教学、学生体育锻炼提供了丰富的理论引导价值。在这种先进教学理念的引导下，高校体育教学在教学规划、教学内容、教学方式、方法的运用等方面相较之以往都有了很大的改进，并在一定程度上实现了师生对体育课程的共建，极大地满足了学生多元化的体育课程学习需求。可以说就前期我国大多数高校的体育教学改革成果来讲是喜人的，这表明体育课程教学正在逐渐朝向一个更好的方向发展。……
