摘要：高校学生会是“自我教育、自我管理、自我服务”的学生自治组织，是高校学生组织中规模最大、影响最深、作用最明显的组织个体，发挥着联系学校与学生之间交流纽带的重要作用。分析和研究高校學生会的发展状况与发展方向，有助于高校学生管理工作的开展，帮助学生全方位提升综合素质，为一系列活动的举办奠定良好的基础。学生会的发展在为高校带来新气象的同时，也暴露出干部队伍官僚化倾向严重、素质低下、缺乏创新等问题，如何引导高校学生会健康良好的发展，关系到每一个高校学子的切身利益。

Abstract：The student union in colleges and universities is a student autonomous organization of "self-education， self-management and self-service". It is the largest， most influential and most effective organization in college and university student organizations， and plays an important role in connecting the communication between schools and students. Analyzing and studying the development status and development direction of the student union in colleges and universities is helpful to the development of the management of students in colleges and universities， to help students improve their comprehensive quality in an all-round way， and to lay a good foundation for a series of activities. The development of student union not only brings new atmosphere to colleges and universities， but also exposes the serious bureaucratic tendency of cadres， low quality， lack of innovation and other problems. How to guide the healthy development of student union in colleges and universities is related to the vital interests of every college student.

引言

高校学生会是在党委领导下，高校团委对学生进行思想教育的重要载体，是学生进行眼界拓展、能力提高、素质提升的重要平台，是高校学生组织工作不可缺少的一份子，为各种活动的有序展开不断注入崭新的力量。随着高校学生会的不断发展，也有许多潜在的问题渐渐显露出来，例如官僚化倾向严重、形式主义走过场、缺乏担当意识、缺失服务意识等，这些问题的存在，极大影响了高校学生会正面形象的树立，使得社会以及学生本身产生越来越多的质疑，对学生工作的开展造成了许多障碍。新形势下如何做好高校学生会的建设工作，是当前急有待于解决的问题，本文将从问题分析、措施展望等方面展开讨论。
