【摘  要】不合群是幼儿群体中的常见状况之一，几乎每个幼儿园班级中都有这样的幼儿。不合群的情况一般不容易引起家长的重视，但其对儿童未来成长发育的危害性却非常大。在家庭教育中，幼儿园教师和家长要做好配合，共同营造儿童性格培养的良好氛围，消除幼儿对群体活动、社交活动的畏惧情绪和不当表现。

An Analysis of Family Educational Guidance Strategies for Incompatible Children

【Abstract】Incompatibility is one of the common conditions in the group of young children. There are such young children in almost every kindergarten class. Incompatibility is generally not easy to attract the attention of parents， but it is very harmful to the future growth and development of children. In family education， kindergarten teachers and parents should cooperate to create a good atmosphere for the cultivation of children's character， and eliminate children's fear and improper performance of group activities and social activities.

一、家园共育，为幼儿家长补齐专业短板

针对不合群幼儿的家庭教育，需要以幼儿家长作为教育主体，充分利用家庭环境开展教育引导工作。但是我们看到，大部分幼儿家长并不具备专业的幼儿教育知识和经验，他们不熟悉教育学理论，不熟悉幼儿心理学，不了解不合群现象产生的诱因，也不了解幼儿的行为习惯和认知能力。在这样的情况下开展家庭教育，家长在教育经验和专业水平上的短板迫切需要弥补。开展家园共育模式，就是要充分发挥幼儿园教师在儿童教育方面的专业优势，为幼儿家长补足短板。幼儿园教师可以通过两种途径为家长提供家庭教育指导。第一是向不合群的幼儿家长分享一些專业知识，包括提供幼儿心理干预课件、分享专业心理学教师讲座视频、提供不合群幼儿行为心理干预训练资料等;其二是经常和幼儿家长沟通交流，在家长开展家庭教育活动时提供建议和指导，协助家长组织家庭教育活动，跟踪幼儿家庭教育成果。……
