【摘要】 目的：研究個性化护理配合健康教育在小儿手足口病感染防控护理中的应用效果。方法：根据随机数字表法将2018年5月-2019年4月笔者所在医院感染科接收的手足口病患儿100例分为两组，对照组50例实施常规护理，观察组50例进行个性化护理配合健康教育。将两组临床症状改善时间、再次感染率、治愈时间、并发症发生情况、患儿家属健康知识掌握率、护理质量评分进行比对。结果：观察组退热时间、皮疹消退时间、治愈时间均短于对照组，再次感染率、并发症发生率均低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）;观察组家属健康知识掌握率及护理质量评分均高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：在小儿手足口病感染防控护理中加强个性化护理和健康教育可有效改善患儿临床症状，缩短治疗时间，能够降低再次感染率和并发症发生率，具有较高的护理质量，适合推广应用在临床中。

[Abstract] Objective： To study the effect of individualized nursing and health education on prevention and control of hand foot mouth disease infection in children. Method： According to the random number table method， 100 children with HFMD received by the department of infectious diseases in our hospital from May 2018 to April 2019 were divided into two groups， 50 cases in the control group were given routine nursing， 50 cases in the observation group were given individualized nursing and health education. The improvement time of clinical symptoms， the rate of reinfection， the time of cure， the occurrence of complications， the rate of mastering the health knowledge of the family members of the two groups were compared. Result： The time of fever abatement， the time of rash abatement and the time of cure in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group， the rate of reinfection and the incidence of complications were lower than those in the control group， the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）. The rate of mastering health knowledge and the score of nursing quality in the observation group were higher than those in the control group， the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion： Strengthening individualized nursing and health education in the prevention and control of hand， foot and mouth disease infection in children can effectively improve the clinical symptoms， shorten the treatment time， reduce the incidence of reinfection and complications， with high quality of nursing， which is suitable for clinical application.

2～10岁儿童是手足口病的高发人群，主要是由肠道病毒所致的传染病，以低热、口痛、厌食及手足口部位出现丘疹、疱疹为主要临床表现[1-2]，部分患儿能在一定时间内自愈，而病情严重的患儿会出现心肌炎、脑膜炎等多种严重并发症，对其生命安全造成极大的威胁。另外飞沫传播、呼吸道传播是该病传染的主要途径[3]，若治疗不及时，易发生交叉感染，导致患儿的痛苦增加，病程延长，故早期及时诊疗并做好防控措施十分重要。本文对个性化护理配合健康教育的感染防控护理效果进行分析，具体内容见正文阐述。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料
