摘  要：在电子产品广泛普及的当下，青少年的生活和学习状态受到了一定程度的影响，其中运动缺失则是最受关注的焦点之一。在新课程教育改革的要求下，体育教育已然成为增强学生体质的重要课程，然而传统的体育教育存在着诸如形式单一、内容枯燥乏味等一系列问题。如何调动学生的积极性以期提高教育成效成为体育创新教育的关键。本文将以剖析传统体育教育中影响兴趣的因素为突破点，结合小学生的心理特点来总结体育兴趣培养与疏导的方法。

Abstract： With the wide spread of electronic products， teenagers' life and learning state have been affected to a certain extent， of which the lack of exercise is one of the most concerned focuses. Under the requirements of the new curriculum reform， physical education has become an important course to enhance students' physique. However， traditional physical education has a series of problems， such as single form， boring content and so on. How to arouse the enthusiasm of students in order to improve the effectiveness of education has become the key to innovative physical education. This paper will analyze the factors that affect the interest in traditional physical education as a breakthrough point， combined with the psychological characteristics of primary school students to summarize the methods of cultivating and channeling sports interest.

體育教育一直是学校课程体系的重要组成部分，在不同的历史阶段面临人的不同需求有着不同的发展目标和教育方式。在了解学生的身心特点的基础上，创新有效的教学方案，改变传统的教学理念和教学方式，建立兴趣课堂，才能正确地引导学生学习体育、爱上体育，让体育成为促进学生全面发展和健康发展的关键。

1  小学体育教学影响兴趣的主要因素

1.1 观念滞后

我国施行教育改革以来成果颇丰，但仍不乏部分家长和老师受过去应试教育的影响，把考试成绩作为学习的最终目标来对待，从而忽略了学生的全面发展。在这种观念的影响下，体育课相较其他学科课程而言，成为了可有可无甚至浪费时间的一门课程。
