摘  要：构建小学体育教师“学研共同体”的目的在于提高小学体育教师综合素质能力，为实现新时代下小学体育教育的发展目标提供坚实的保障。本文运用文献综述法阐述了广州市小学体育教师“学研共同体”的构建背景，并对相关的构建价值论证与分析，其目的在于提高对构建小学体育教师“学研共同体”的重视程度，为确保“学研共同体”的构建效果提供必要的借鉴与参考。

Abstract： The purpose of constructing the "learning research community" of primary school physical education teachers is to improve the teaching ability and scientific research level of primary school physical education teachers， so as to provide a solid guarantee for the realization of the development goal of primary school physical education in the new era. This paper expounds the construction background of "learning research community" of primary school physical education teachers in Guangzhou by using the method of literature review， and demonstrates and analyzes the relevant construction value. The purpose of this paper is to improve the emphasis on the construction of "learning research community" of primary school physical education teachers， and provide necessary reference and reference for ensuring the construction effect of "learning research community".

在全民健身运动日益普及、“健康中国2030”战略规划全面实施的背景下，为学校体育的发展创造了良好的条件。小学体育是学校体育的基础阶段，是培养小学生体育锻炼兴趣，初步了解与掌握体育运动基础技能，为其未来终身体育参与打下坚实基础的关键时期。因此，小学体育教学的效果如何，将会对小学生体育运动能力以及健康素质的发展产生极其重要的影响。尤其是针对当前我国小学生体质健康水平下降趋势明显，学生身心健康现状不容乐观的现实问题，充分发挥小学体育教学的社会功能，促进校学生体质健康水平有效发展已成为小学体育教学重要的发展取向。在此背景下，加强小学体育教师师资队伍建设，全面提高小学体育师资的整体水平，不仅必要，而且必须。鉴于此，构建小学体育教师“学研共同体”，为小学体育教师“学”“研”能力的有效提高，创造与提供良好的发展平台，具有极其重要的现实意义。……
