基于“全方位育人”视域下浅析高校思想政治教育模式优化

【摘 要】随着改革开放的深入，教育的重要性愈发凸显，“三全育人”则是其中重要的教育指导思想，“全方位育人”是“三全育人”的一部分。论文从“全方位育人”这一视角探讨高校思想政治教育，推动大学生思想政治教育机制的创新与优化，深入阐释高校大学生思想政治教育中“全方位育人”的重要内涵，指出当前大学生思想政治教育中存在的问题，最后根据“全方位育人”理念的指导，提出开展“全方位育人”的校园文化建设、开展特色“全方位育人”主题活动、利用校内外平台进行“全方位育人”等对策，助力当前高校思想政治教育模式的优化。
【Abstract】With the deepening of reform and opening up， the importance of education is becoming more and more prominent， "three-wide full education" is an important guiding ideology of education， "all-round education" is a part of "three-wide full education". This paper discusses the ideological and political education in colleges and universities from the perspective of "all-round education"， promotes the innovation and optimization of the mechanism of ideological and political education of college students， deeply explains the important connotation of "all-round education" in the ideological and political education of college students， points out the problems existing in the current ideological and political education of college students. Finally， according to the guidance of the concept of "all-round education"， the paper puts forward some countermeasures such as carrying out the construction of campus culture of "all-round education"， carrying out the distinctive theme activity of "all-round education"， and using the platform inside and outside the university to carry out "all-round education"， so as to help the optimization of the current mode of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.

1 引言
在2016年举行的全国高校思想政治工作会议上，习近平总书记发表重要讲话，指出要以立德树人为中心环节，将思想政治工作贯穿教育教学全过程，实现全程育人、全方位育人（以下简称“三全育人”）。2017年2月，中共中央、国务院联合下发《关于加强和改进新形势下高校思想政治工作的意见》，这份文件提出，“高校要把立德树人作为根本任务，融入思想道德教育、文化知识教育、社会实践教育各环节，把思想政治工作贯穿教育教学全过程，把思想价值引领贯穿教育教学全过程和各环节，坚持全员全过程“全方位育人”。
