【摘要】目的：探讨在对晚期肿瘤患者护理中综合护理干预所发挥出的作用。方法：本次研究以我院接受治疗都可40例晚期肿瘤患者为主，收治时间为2018年7月-2019年6月，采用常规护理、综合护理两种干预手段，分别作用于对照组和观察组。结果：观察组患者疼痛评分值由护理前的6.2±0.42分降低至2.1±0.3分，且患者生活质量得到显著提升，与对照组相比，组间差值具有可比性（P<0.05）。结论：在对晚期肿瘤患者治疗期间，开展心理疏导、疼痛护理等综合性护理工作，在一定程度上可减轻患者的病痛，改善患者的心态，从而达到预期的治疗效果。

[Abstract]

Objective： To explore the role of comprehensive nursing intervention in the nursing of patients with advanced cancer. Methods：40 patients with advanced cancer were treated in our hospital from July 2018 to June 2019. Two intervention Methods， routine nursing and comprehensive nursing， were used in the control group and observation group respectively. Results：The pain score of patients in the observation group decreased from 6.2 （+0.42） to 2.1 （+0.3） before nursing， and the quality of life of patients was significantly improved. Compared with the control group， the difference between the two groups was comparable （P < 0.05）. Conclusion：During the treatment of advanced cancer patients， comprehensive nursing work such as psychological counseling and pain nursing can alleviate patients'pain and improve patients' mentality to a certain extent， so as to achieve the desired therapeutic effect.

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

本次研究以我院接受治疗的40例晚期肿瘤患者为主，收治时间为2018年7月-2019年6月，其中，所选患者中存在消化系统肿瘤、呼吸系统肿瘤、生殖系统肿瘤等多种病症类型，患者中最高年龄为78岁，最小年龄为24岁，对比分析两组患者年龄、性别等基本信息，组间差值不具有可比性（P>0.05）。

1.2 方法

对照组以常规护理为主。加强对患者病情的监测力度，针对放疗后患者可能会出现的不良反应，提前做好预防措施[1]。

观察组以综合护理干预为主。一方面，在患者住院期间，对患者疼痛程度进行评估，具有针对性采取相应的镇痛措施。在给药期间，告知患者及其家属药物可能会产生的副作用，叮嘱其安全用药。指导患者家属学习正确的按摩手法，以此来减轻病痛。另外，根据患者病情情况，制定完善的饮食方案，告知患者生病期间需要在饮食上注意的基本事项，多吃水果、蔬菜等维生素来食物，促进肠道蠕动，有利于食物更好的消化与吸收。另……
