【摘要】目的：观察老年人工髋关节置换术患者应用康复护理的效果。方法：选取我院近期接收的60例需行人工髋关节置换术的老年患者，将其随机均分为观察组与对照组，对照组行常规护理，观察组行康复护理，对比其护理效果。结果：观察组患者的护理满意度、住院时长、感染发生率等指标明显优于对照组。结论：在对行人工髋关节置换术的老年患者实施护理时，康复护理可促进其病症的恢复，并提高患者的满意度。

[Abstract]

Objective：To observe the effect of rehabilitation nursing in elderly patients undergoing hip replacement surgery. Methods：Sixty elderly patients who underwent artificial hip arthroplasty received in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group received routine nursing. The observation group performed rehabilitation nursing and compared the nursing effect. Results：The nursing satisfaction， length of hospital stay， and incidence of infection in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group. Conclusion：Rehabilitation care can promote the recovery of patients and improve patient satisfaction in the treatment of elderly patients undergoing hip arthroplasty.

随着我国老龄化社会的到来，老年群体疾病受到了越来越多的关注，老年群体多数有骨质疏松并且容易跌倒，所以股骨颈骨折在老年创伤疾病中占有非常大的比例。据统计，股骨颈骨折发生率为老年人骨折的68.41%，这严重威胁着老年人的身体健康和生活质量。所谓的人工髋关节置换术，就是指用人工关节替代和置换病损或损伤的髋关节。随着医疗技术和医疗器械的不断完善，人工髋关节置换目前也已经广泛运用于临床，不仅可以缩短老年人的卧床时间，减少并发症，而且在一定程度上也提高了生活质量，让老年人的生活可以独立[1]。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

选择2017年6月到2019年7月的髋关节置换术老年患者60例，其中男性患者35例，女性患者25例，年龄59至85岁。该组患者入院后均予以单侧人工髋关节置换术治疗，手术期给予康复护理。
