摘  要：手机作为互联网的重要载体，在人们的生活、学习中扮演着重要的角色，但手机的过度使用容易带来种种问题。大学课堂中手机的滥用现象正是问题表现之一。手机对传统大学课堂教育模式产生的冲击是需要重视的问题。本文通过对教学规律的梳理，倡导引入手机作为师生互动的桥梁，从教师、学生两个角度出发，初步建构了“2386”交互教学模式，从而更好地协助教师完成教学设计，获得教学反馈，引导学生的手机使用行为，提高学生上课的积极性，着力培养学生的自主学习能力，实现师生共赢。

Abstract：As an important carrier of the internet，mobile phones play an important role in peoples life and learning，but the excessive use of mobile phones can easily lead to various problems. The abuse of mobile phones in university classroom is one of the problems. How to face the impact of mobile phone on traditional college classroom education mode is an urgent problem to be solved. Based on the analysis of teaching rules，this paper advocates the introduction of mobile phones as a bridge between teachers and students. From the perspectives of teachers and students，this paper preliminarily constructs the “2386” interactive teaching mode. This mode can help teachers complete teaching design，obtain teaching feedback，guide studentsmobile phone use behavior，promote studentsenthusiasm in class，and focus on cultivating studentsautonomous learning ability，so as to achieve win-win situation between teachers and students.

随着信息化时代的飞速发展，当下的生活方式产生了天翻地覆的变化[1]。这些变化很大程度上源于作为互联网载体的智能手机的爆发式增长。手机已经成为了当代人生活中不可或缺的重要组成部分。这种趋势更是体现在大学课堂之中，导致大学生在课堂上玩手机行为的泛滥[2-4]，极大地干擾了大学课堂教育的传统形式，出现了“低头一族”的现象，所谓的“低头一族”形容那些只顾低头看手机而冷落其他人或者事物的群体或者现象[5]。

面对这种情况，很多教师、学校提出了禁止手机进入课堂的提议，甚至制定了各种规章制度进行约束，但效果均不乐观[6]。手机的广泛使用，甚至是在大学课堂上出现滥用的情况，这并不是偶然，而是一种必然。面对这样的一种新形式的变化，作为大学教师，应该如何应对，这对于提升大学课堂的教与学的效果，具有重要的研究意义。……
