摘  要：专业是一个学校办学特色的基本平台，也是学校面向市场的基本接口。本文分析了当前IT人才市场需求趋势，思考专业人才培养存在的问题，从学生就业市场角度分析专业与产业“两张皮”现象，提出结合地方产业，抓住地方产业发展规划，参与建设进程，牵头组织企业群共同培养和培训人力资源，创建网络技术生产型示范基地，筛选企业实习岗位，创新校、企、生的融合措施，实现企业用人、学生就业和学校发展的共赢。

Abstract：Specialty is the basic platform of a schools characteristics，and also the basic interface of the school to the market. This paper analyses the current market demand trend of IT talents，considers the problems existing in the training of professional talents，analyses the phenomenon of “two skins” between specialty and industry from the perspective of studentsemployment market，and puts forward that combining local industries，grasping the development plan of local industries，participating in the construction process，taking the lead in organizing enterprise groups to jointly train human resources，establishing network technology production demonstration bases，and screening enterprises. Practice positions，innovative integration measures of schools，enterprises and students，to meet the win-win situation of enterprise employment，student employment and school development.

專业是高职院校体现办学特色的基本平台，也是教学活动对接市场的基本接口。学校的专业建设决定了该校人才培养的质、社会服务的量和为地方经济发展贡献的度。面对人工智能的攻城掠地，计算机网络技术专业的建设要走出学校象牙塔，对接产业、服务行业，主动投身经济转型发展浪潮，迫切需要我们结合当下进行分析解构和深入探讨。

1  当前IT人才市场需求状况

1.1  人才紧缺

国家统计局发布的2017年平均工资数据显示，信息传输、软件和信息技术服务业平均工资133150元/年，比上年增长8.7%，超过金融业，居各行业门类之首。文献[2]的行业研究显示，人工智能背景下数字化进程发展迅猛，IT人才供不应求，尤其是初、中级IT人才。通信运营商的虚拟网络运维、互联网运营、网络产品编排等人才需求尚不能得到有效的满足。……
