摘  要：新时期经济转型发展对人才培养提出了新的要求，专业课程教学也应适应人才目标培养进行改革。文章以“汽车测试技术”课程为例，对专业课程教学理念、考核评定办法和教学方法进行了探索与实践。通过教师教学理念的转变，多样化以评促学的实施，学生全课程的调动与参与，提高了学生学习的兴趣，强化了基础知识的学习，培养了主动学习的习惯，激发了学生个性的思维，提升了课堂教学的有效性。

Abstract： The economic transformation and development in the new era puts forward new requirements for the cultivation of talents. The professional curriculum teaching should also adapt to the training of talents and reform. Taking the "Automotive Testing Technology" course as an example， the article explores and practices the teaching philosophy， assessment methods and teaching methods of professional courses. Through the transformation of teachers' teaching concept， implementing diversified evaluation of teaching and mobilizing students' participation in the whole process， students' learning interest has been improved， the learning of basic knowledge has been strengthened， students' learning habits initiatively has been foster， students' individual thinking has been stimulated， the classroom teaching validity has been increased.

“汽車测试技术”是为车辆工程专业开设的专业课，该课程旨在使学生理解汽车测试相关理论知识，掌握零部件、总成和整车的在用测试方法，初步具备汽车测试及分析处理的实践应用技能，培养出服务于汽车设计生产、技术研发、后向市场等行业的工程技术人才。可以看出，该课程具有很强的理论性、实践性和综合性。而且汽车技术日新月异，汽车测试技术与测试设备涵盖知识面也在持续更新，课程也具有极强的发展性。但是，现在课程存在教学方法单一、学生学习兴趣不高、实践教学环节缺乏、课堂讲授形式死板、现有教材针对性差、课程评定考核片面、讲授知识相对陈旧等诸多问题。如此，一方面很难高质量达成课程培养目标，另一方面跟不上加快工程教育改革创新的步伐，达不到可持续发展的高素质工程创新人才培养[1]。……
