【摘 要】目的：探讨分析在手术室护理中应用精细化管理对护理质量以及手术效率所造成的影响。方法：本次研究对象均选自本院2016年02月-2018年10月期间接受手术治疗的患者，共92例，按照患者就诊先后顺序对其进行平均分组，分别为对照组46例并对其开展常规护理管理，以及观察组46例并对其在前者基础上开展精细化护理管理。比较两组患者的并发症发生率以及护理满意度。结果：观察组患者的并发症发生率低于对照组患者，护理满意度高于对照组患者，组间对比有显著差异（P>0.05）。结论：在手术室护理中应用精细化管理，可以提高对患者的护理质量，增强手术效率，具有推广价值。

【abstract】 objective to explore and analyze the effect of fine management on nursing quality and surgical efficiency in operating room. Methods the research objects are selected from our hospital during the period of 2018-02 October 2016 in patients undergoing surgical treatment， a total of 92 cases， in accordance with the order on the average packet to the patient， 46 cases of control group respectively and the routine nursing management， as well as the observation group 46 cases and on the basis of the former fine nursing management. The complication rate and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group， the nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group， and there was a significant difference between the two groups （P > 0.05）. Conclusion the application of fine management in operating room nursing can improve the quality of nursing for patients and enhance the efficiency of surgery， which has the value of promotion.

選取本院92例接受手术治疗的患者开展本次研究，旨在探讨分析在手术室护理中应用精细化管理对护理质量以及手术效率所造成的影响。现做如下报道。

1 资料与方法

1.1一般资料

本次研究对象均选自本院2016年02月-2018年10月期间接受手术治疗的患者，共92例，按照患者就诊先后顺序对其进行平均分组，分别为对照组46例并对其开展常规护理管理，以及观察组46例并对其在前者基础上开展精细化护理管理。全部患者中的男性38例，女性22例，年龄区间为17到65岁，平均年龄为41.7（s=5.5）岁。比较两组患者的一般资料无显著差异（P>0.05）。

1.2方法

对照组患者接受常规护理管理。观察组则是在前者基础上开展精细化护理管理，主要包括：第一，在患者手术之前，全面的了解患者的实际情况，并与患者积极的交流和沟通，充分了解患者的需求，建立良好的护患关系。第二，……
