摘  要：为了解决传统教学方法中存在的一系列问题及探究对分课堂在公共体育篮球课教学中的实际应用效果，本文采用文献资料法和实验法，对篮球选修课学生进行了调查，并根据调查对结果进行了分析，明确了对分课堂的目的及作用。通过对分课堂模式“教学”“内化”“吸收”三阶段模式对某高校124名公体课学生进行教学实验，并通过期末测试时的检验得出实验数据。实验后的样本反馈表明：“对分课堂”教学模式在普通高校公共体育篮球课中的开展有利于学生更好地学习篮球技术动作，掌握动作要点。

Abstract： In order to solve a series of problems in the traditional teaching methods and explore the practical application effect of the sub-classroom in the public sports basketball class teaching. This paper uses the literature method and the experimental method to investigate the students in the basketball elective course， and analyzes the results according to the survey， which clarifies the purpose and function of the class. Through the three-stage mode of "teaching"， "internalization" and "absorption" of the sub-classroom mode， a teaching experiment was conducted on 124 college students in a freshman university， and the experimental data was obtained through the test at the end of the test. The sample feedback after the experiment shows that the development of the sub-classroom teaching mode in the public sports basketball class of ordinary colleges is conducive to students better learning basketball technical movements and mastering the action points.

2017年，我國高校招生735万人[1]。但教师的数量对比起来却略有不足。一些高校已有多种教学方法[2]，即便如此，高校的公体课教学方法却许久都未见创新。少有像俱乐部体育课程这种创新方法[3]。随着高校体育选修课的逐步普及，选修课对大学生的影响日益加深，体育选修课的教学似乎受到了师生的欢迎。然而，在实际的教学中，选修教学并没有健康发展[4]，因此如何让学生在选修课的学习中真正认真学习，充满趣味的课堂环境似乎必不可少。

1  传统模式下公共体育篮球课存在的问题

传统模式下课堂氛围乏味，学生经常在篮球课上机械地完成训练，失去了对篮球运动的兴趣。
