摘  要：在体育高速发展和政策的扶持下，体育产业高速发展。本文通过文献整理，采用SWOT分析方法对广东省体育人才培养的优势因素、弱势因素、机会因素和威胁因素进行分析，并提出通过互联网平台下的广泛校企合作，促进培养方案改革;高端人才引进与专业人才培训并轨;加强大数据平台建设与人才流动的引导;统筹创新人才发展机制体制的建议，以期为广东省体育产业快速发展提供有效的智力支撑。

Absrtact：With the support of the rapid development of sports and policies， the sports industry has developed at a high speed. Through literature collation and swot analysis， this paper analyses the advantages， disadvantages， opportunities and threats of sports talents training in Guangdong Province， and puts forward that through extensive cooperation between schools and enterprises under the Internet platform， we can promote the reform of training programs， integrate the introduction of high-end talents with professional talents training， strengthen the construction of big data platform and guide the flow of talents， and create overall plans. The suggestions of new talent development mechanism and system provide effective intellectual support for the rapid development of sports industry in Guangdong Province.

2014年，《国务院关于加快发展体育产业，促进体育消费的若干意见》指出：把提高健康水平作为根本目标，力争到2025年，体育产业总规模超过5万亿[1]。2016年，国家体育总局颁布《体育发展“十三五”规划》把 ：“实施科教兴体，加快人才队伍建设” 和“扩大体育产品和服务供给，促进体育消费”作为推进体育产业发展的重要保障措施[2]。体育产业作为朝阳产业在我国有着巨大的提升空间，在体育产业的发展过程中，人民群众的物质文化需求也从单一性向多元化，个性化发生转变，为满足人民群众在新时代下新的体育需求，引发了创新体育产业体制机制，挖掘体育消费市场、产业链的延申、体育服务业的提升等一系列改革。体育产业的高速发展需要大量的专业人才和“复合型”人才，为保障体育产业长期稳定健康的发展，从而为体育产业提供有效的智力支撑和人力资源储备……
