摘 要 全民教育贯穿于我国经济和社会的发展历程中，同时也促进当代幼儿教育的重大发展。探析其原因有：经济的发展为当代幼儿教育提供生长的土壤，全民解放和全民教育互为表里成为幼儿教育的发展基础，科学的教育理念引导幼儿教育的良性传播，信息时代国际育儿新环境成为幼儿教育的延伸。

Abstract Education for all goes through the development process of our economy and society， and also promotes the great development of contemporary preschool education. The reasons are as follows： the development of the economy provides the growing soil for the contemporary preschool education， the national liberation and the education for all are the basis for the development of the preschool education， the scientific education concept guides the sound propagation of the preschool education， and the new environment of the international child care in the information age becomes the extension of the education of the young children.

0 前言

隨着1949新中国的成立，中国从战争的废墟中走向和平发展，从经济的萧条中逐步走向繁荣富强，中国的社会面貌发生了翻天覆地的变化，党和国家领导人高度重视人民思想文化建设提出“百花争鸣，百花齐放”的发展方针，全民思想解放运动的涌现为新中国的发展注入强大的发展动力，使中国的经济在改革开放后的40年中腾飞发展，在中国取得举世瞩目的伟大成就的背后，映射出的是中国自强不息的全民教育精神。全民教育是现代民主化、教育民主化和社会经济持续发展的必然要求，是社会文明进步的不竭动力。

教育无时无刻不是在发挥着其改造中国面貌的伟大作用，自新中国成立以来，中国大力发展全民教育，文盲率由新中国成立初期的80%下降至1995年的6%，积极的响应了联合国教科文组织的世界全民教育大会号召。在2000年，中国的全民教育实现新的历史突破——全国基本实现九年义务教育的历史性进步。[1]教育对于社会的改造是长期的动态过程，其最大的贡献是培养社会需要的各种现实人才，获得对下一辈受教育群体的科学指导与教育能力。……
