摘 要 大数据时代的到来，以其强大的数据分析和处理能力，能够深度挖掘埋藏于数据背后的价值，具有广泛的应用前景。图书馆作为文献资料供给、流通的场所，传统的服务模式相对被动，不能为用户提供精准和定制化服务，不符合时代发展要求，为创新图书馆应用，加强信息服务能力和水平，在图书馆管理和信息服务过程中加强大数据等新技术的应用具有十分重要的意义，本文以大数据背景下图书馆信息服务的变革和创新为题，对相关内容进行介绍，为促进开放式、便捷式图书馆建设提供参考。

Abstract With the arrival of the big data age， with its powerful data analysis and processing ability， it can deeply excavate the value buried in the data， and has a wide application prospect. As a place of literature supply and circulation， the traditional service mode is relatively passive. It cannot provide the users with accurate and customized services， not meet the requirements of the development of the times， improve the application of the library， strengthen the ability and the level of information service， and strengthen the new technology in the process of library management and service. The application of the operation is of great significance. This paper， based on the reform and innovation of the library information service under the background of large data， introduces the relevant contents， and provides a reference for the construction of open and convenient library construction.

1 大数据介绍

1.1 大数据概念

大数据（Big Data）是由维克托·迈尔-舍恩伯格及肯尼斯·库克耶于2008年提出来的一种数据概念，主要是指利用传统技术手段无法完成的数据获取、加工以及处理的数据集合，需要以一种新的数据模型和处理方式进行数据信息处理，以适应当前飞速增长的数据集，从而实现多元化的数据元素能够被有效的挖掘和处理。通俗地讲，大数据主要是指一些区别于传统信息系统中的非结构化数据类型，传统的关系型数据存储模型已经不能实现有效的处理，同时数据量也是传统有限数据集所不能比拟的，动辄上GB以及TB都是极其普遍的。

1.2 大数据特点

根据IBM公司的观点，大数据通常具有以下五种特点，即：海量（Volume）、高速（Velocity）、多元化（Variety）、低价值密度（Value）以及真实性（Veracity）的特点。……
