摘 要 退伍复学大学生是高等院校在校学生的重要组成部分，本文将分析退伍复学大学生的思想、性格、心理特点，高校在退伍复学工作中存在的不足，并希望通过一些思考，促使高校在退伍复学学生教育中转变教育观念，自觉发挥作用，在全程关注、个性化发展教育、系统培养等方面扮演重要的角色，帮助退伍复学大学生成长成才、全面发展。

Abstract Retired college students are an important part of college students. This paper will analyze the ideological， personality and psychological characteristics of college students who have returned to school， and the shortcomings of colleges and universities in the work of retiring from school， and hope that through some thinking， colleges and universities will be retired. In the education of students， the concept of education is changed， and the role is consciously played. It plays an important role in the whole process of attention， individualized development education， and system training， and helps the graduates who have returned to school to grow up into talents and develop in an all-round way.

中共十九大报告指出：我国国防和军队建设正站在新的历史起点上。面对国家安全环境的深刻变化，面对强国强军的时代要求，必须全面贯彻新时代的党的强军思想。全党全国上下就十分重视征兵工作。征集大学生入伍是我国坚持走中国特色强军之路的客观需要，是全面推进国防和军队现代化建设的必然要求。军队应发挥军队育人优势，高校应依托高等教育发挥教书育人优势，两者配合共同促进青年学生成长成才。这也是实现强军梦托起中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦的重要途径。铁打的营盘流水的兵，每年高校都有许多应征入伍的大学生，他们中有一部分人经过两年的部队锻炼，回归到高校继续学习。然而有些高校将他们视同普通学生进行教育，这是不恰当的做法。对退伍复学大学生的教育仍存在诸多方面的缺位和错位，因此，高校在退伍复学学生教育中的角色定位成为摆在各高校面前的一个重要课题。……
