摘 要 随着科学技术的不断发展，创新成为当前时代的首要主题。高校领导面对的是复杂、多变的工作现实，在新情况与新问题中高校面临着较大的发展机遇与挑战。本文从高校秘书工作概述入手，接着阐述了高校秘书工作中创新思维的应用，最后总结了全文，旨在为完善高校秘书工作提供参考意见。

Abstract With the continuous development of science and technology， innovation has become the primary theme of the current era. College leaders face complex and ever-changing work realities. In new situations and new problems， college leaders face greater opportunities and challenges. This paper starts with an overview of the work of university secretaries， then expounds the application of innovative thinking in the work of college secretaries， and finally summarizes the full text， aiming to provide reference for the improvement of the secretary work in colleges and universities.

0 前言

在时代的迅速发展中，创新思维在客观世界、主观世界改造中发挥着十分重要的作用。21世纪属于知识经济时代，以高等教育为主的教育事业得到了社会各界的广泛关注，各所高校也开展深化教学改革，以求推动高校得到更好、更快的发展。高校领导在各类复杂、不断变化的现实前会面临很多的问题与情况，在日益激烈的竞争中，只有个体自身具备创新思维，才能够获得更好的发展。

1 高校秘书工作概述

随着高等教育改革事业的不断深化，素质教育任务的提出，高校管理工作对秘书也提出了全新的要求。只有明确高校秘书工作职责、素质、范围，才能够有助于秘书更好地开展教学、管理工作，高校秘书在各项工作开展中，应该将自身的主观性、创造性凸显出来，在工作中敢于发表自己的新观点、新建议、新看法，将领导的智慧與意图延伸、扩展、升华，促使领导的各个决策得到完善。
