摘 要 2018年是贯彻党的十九大的开局之年，也是改革开放的40周年，新时期在国有企业开展各项“互联网+思想政治工作”实属大势所趋。国有企业作为我国国民经济中的中流砥柱，做好国有企业的“互联网+思想政治工作”可以推动我国国有企业的发展，增加其经济收益，基于此，本文的研究就是对国有企业“互联网+思想政治工作”的必要性及实现策略研究的探析。

Abstract 2018 is the first year of the implementation of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China， and it is also the 40th anniversary of reform and opening up. In the new era， it is a general trend for state-owned enterprises to carry out various "Internet + ideological and political work." State-owned enterprises， as the mainstay of China's national economy， do a good job of "Internet + ideological and political work" of state-owned enterprises can promote the development of China's state-owned enterprises and increase their economic returns. Based on this， the study of this paper is to analyze the necessity of the state-owned enterprises "Internet + ideological and political work" and the implementation strategy research.

1 國有企业“互联网+思想政治工作”实施的原则

1.1 坚持改革创新的原则

国有企业在开展“互联网+思想政治工作”时应坚持改革创新的原则，所谓改革创新，就是将原有国有企业中不适合时代发展潮流，不适合时代大政方针政策的旧思想与旧观念进行革除与优化。处在互联网发展时代，思想政治工作要想有所突破，有所创新，应将思想政治工作与互联网相结合，让国有企业的党建思想政治工作可以更好地适应社会的发展需求。[1]

1.2 坚持求真务实的原则

国有企业在开展“互联网+思想政治工作”时，应坚持求真务实的原则，面对互联网环境的虚拟性，国有企业在开展相关党建思想政治工作时，应求真务实，关注人们群众真正的需求，使其在开展思想政治宣传工作时可以继续本着人们群众利益需求为主与为人民服务的基本原则来展开工作，并将各项思想政治工作落到实处。

1.3 坚持公平公正的原则
