摘 要 依法治校成为了高校教育管理建设的重要方向，是学生管理法制化进程的重要基础。本文分析依法治校下加快推进学生管理法制化的重要性和学生管理法制化进程须解决的主要问题，在养成法治习性，培育法治文化，据新的时代需求健全和完善制度体系，实现法治与德治的结合并兼顾与“人治”的统筹协调等方面，论述加快學生管理法制化进程的策略。

Abstract Governing the school according to law has become an important direction for the construction of education management in colleges and universities， and is an important basis for the process of student management legalization. This paper analyzes the importance of accelerating the legalization of student management under the rule of law and the main problems that must be solved in the process of student management legalization. It is developing the rule of law habits， cultivating the culture of rule of law， improving the system of the system according to the needs of the new era， and realizing the rule of law. Combining with the rule of virtue and taking into account the overall coordination with the "rule of man"， the strategy of accelerating the process of student management legalization is discussed.

0 前言

推进全面依法治国，是我国建设发展的重要部署，更是构建和谐美好中国的重要保障。我国作为教育大国，不断推进依法治校，成为了高校学生管理建设的重要着力点，成为了教育事业加速度发展的重要驱动力。依法治校是对依法治国的具体实践，在学生管理法制化进程中，应重视学生管理中的法律关系和法治、德治及德治之“人治”的统筹协调，据新的时代的要求，推进教育事业的新发展。本文以“依法治校”的视域，就如何进一步推力高校学生管理法制化，加快法制化进程，做了如下具体阐述。

1 依法治校下高校学生管理法制化的重要性

作为教育管理的重要内容，学生管理是构建和谐校园、搭建良好成长环境的重要保障。对“依法治国”理念的具体践行，目前依法治校的客观背景对高校学生管理法制化提出了更高的要求；对构建学生管理新秩序的价值诉求，也充分表现出依法治校下学生管理法制化的重要性。……
