摘 要 近年来，随着高等教育普及化、大众化，党员学生数量呈现了一种爆发式增长态势，其教育管理工作开展越发重要，是现阶段高等教育工作体系的重要内容。新媒体视域下，高度开放、自由的信息流通环境，加速了多元文化生态形成，并对高校党员学生产生了深刻影响，其思想呈现出了新的特点。本文基于新媒体发展对教育管理影响简述，分析了高校党员学生教育管理现状，并重点就其完善进行了探究。

Abstract In recent years， with the popularization and popularization of higher education， the number of party members has shown an explosive growth trend， and its education management work has become more and more important， which is an important part of the current higher education work system. Under the new media perspective， the highly open and free information circulation environment has accelerated the formation of multicultural ecology and has had a profound impact on the party members and students in colleges and universities， and its ideas have presented new characteristics. Based on the brief introduction of the impact of new media development on education management， this paper analyzes the current situation of education management of party members in colleges and universities， and focuses on its improvement.

0 引言

长期以来，高校十分重视党员学生队伍建设，并加强了相关教育管理工作力度，事实上也取得了巨大成效，学生入党意愿不断高涨，发挥了先锋模范作用。但同时，面对复杂的社会发展环境，受多重因素影响，高校党员学生教育管理中尚存不少问题，其相关研究备受关注。

1 新媒体发展对教育管理的影响

网络互联时代，基于新媒体传播平台，多元文化生态形成，高校学生党员思维观念及思想意识发生了明显变化，给相关教育管理工作带来了极大挑战。高度开放、自由的新媒体传播环境，促进了不同文化之间的交汇与碰撞，各种信息良莠不齐，不乏非主流文化、垃圾信息，侵染了高校学生党员生活，对其正确的人生观、价值观以及世界观等产生了巨大冲击，对教育管理过程及内容提出了诸多要求。新媒体视域下，高校学生党员可借助互联网平台自主学习，但同时亦在一定程度上导致教育管理形式化，学生党员逐渐丧失对党理论深入思考的耐心。……
