摘 要 新时代社会主要矛盾的转化给高职思想政治理论课教育教学提出新的历史任务，新思想为高职思想政治理论课教育教学提供了行动指南。高职思想政治理论课要以立德树人为根本任务，秉持培养全面发展的高素质技能型人才，培养中国特色社会主义合格建设者和可靠接班人为基本理念，以增强高职大学生获得感、辛福感和安全感为抓手，首要和最基础的任务是加强思想政治理论课课程体系建设。构建以地位层次结构、课时学分结构、时空结构相融合的结构模式。该课程体系采用系统论的方法，各要素融合贯通，统筹兼顾，加强供给侧结构性改革，借用现代信息化手段，提升了高职思想政治理论课的针对性和实效性。

Abstract The transformation of the main contradictions in the new era society provides a new historical task for the education of ideological and political theory courses in higher vocational schools. The new ideas provide a guide for the education of higher vocational ideological and political theory courses. The ideological and political theory course of higher vocational education should take the role of strengthening moral education as the fundamental task， uphold the cultivation of high-quality skilled talents with all-round development， cultivate the socialist qualified builders and reliable successors with Chinese characteristics as the basic concept， and enhance the sense of literacy of higher vocational college students. The sense of blessing and security is the starting point. The primary and most basic task is to strengthen the construction of the ideological and political theory course system. Construct a structural model that integrates the status hierarchy， the hour credit structure， and the space-time structure. The curriculum system adopts the systemic approach， the elements are integrated and integrated， the overall consideration is taken into account， the supply-side structural reform is strengthened， and the modern informationization means is used to enhance the pertinence and effectiveness of the ideological and political theory courses in higher vocational schools.
