摘 要 本文主要围绕“互联网+”技术的发展对高校基层学生党组织建设工作的影响展开，分析“互联网+”趋势下高校学生尤其是学生党员思想政治教育研究现状，利用互联网技术为基层学生党组织建设构建信息服务新平台，利用新媒体、新工具、新方法改进基层学生党组织建设工作中党员管理、党建宣传、思政教育、经费管理和信息交流沟通等各个环节，以“互联网+”信息技术探索基层学生党组织建设和学生工作改革创新的新途径，增强基层学生党组织在学风建设中的引领作用，提高大学生思想政治素质。

Abstract The article mainly focuses on the influence of "Internet +" technology development on the university student party construction at the grass-roots level. On the basis of analyzing the thoughts of college students， especially the student party members， under the trend of "Internet +"， we try to use new media， new tools and new methods for building new information service platform during the student party construction， strengthening the leading role of university student party members and improving the ideological and political quality of college students.

“善于运用互联网技术和信息化手段开展工作”——党的十九大报告对新形势下加强和改进党的建设提出了新的路径和要求。采用先进的信息与网络技术来支持基层学生党组织建设工作，贯彻基层学生党建工作精细化、规范化、科学化的理念，利用新媒体、新工具、新方法改进高校学生工作中党员管理、党建宣传、思政教育、经费管理和信息交流沟通等各个环节，发挥基层党组织在校风学风建设和校园文化建设中的引领带头作用，是每一位思政教育工作者的历史使命。

1 基层学生党建工作中难点痛点问题分析

目前，高校大学生多为90后，思想活跃，接受新鲜事物能力强，包容度高，高校大学生党建工作尤其是基层学生党组织的建设，面临着新时期的新挑战，当前基层学生党建工作存在着对于新时代新要求的不适应问題。……
