摘 要 音乐是实现学前素质教育的重要课程体系，通过开展学前音乐课程教学，能够帮助幼儿树立正确的审美意识，促进幼儿协调发展。幼儿教师在学前教育音乐课程中发挥着主导作用，随着学前音乐教学课程的兴起，幼儿教师音乐素养受到社会各界广泛关注。本文对幼儿教师需要具备的音乐素养进行详细的分析，指出当前学前教育音乐课程中存在的各种问题，并从幼儿教师音乐素养视角下提出创新学前教育音乐课程教学形式的有效途径。

Abstract Music is an important curriculum which can help children establish correct aesthetic and promote the coordinated development on children. Preschool teachers play a leading role in preschool education music course. With the development of preschool music education course， the music quality of preschool teachers' received extensive attention from all walks of life. In this paper have a detailed analysis of music literacy and points out problems of the current preschool education existing in the music course， and proposes some effective way of innovative preschool education music course from the perspective of preschool teachers' music quality.

音乐作为学前教育重要课程体系，在幼儿素质教育中发挥着重要作用，开展学前教育音乐课程不仅能够培养幼儿想象力和创造力，还能够提高幼儿情感表达能力，这就要求幼儿教师要具备专业的音乐文化素养和教学能力，推动我国幼儿学前教育积极发展。然而当前我国学前教育并不理想，教学过程中存在大量问题，如何提高学前教育音乐课程质量和水平，已经成为学前教育改革的重点内容，本文从幼儿教师音乐素养角度进行阐述，指出素质教育理念下，幼儿学前教育音乐课程需要改革的方向和目标。
