摘 要 酒店是一个相对热门的行业，对管理人员的综合素质要求较高，因此，中职院校应该加强对酒店管理专业教学的创新与改革，不断提升学生的综合素养。本文通过研读国内外相关学者的已有文献，并结合自身的教学实践经验，归纳总结了中职酒店管理专业学生职业素质教育的重要性以及当前的教育现状，在此基础上就如何进行中职酒店管理专业学生职业素养教育的创新提出了一些针对性建议，希望为今后相关学者的研究提供一定的理论基础，同时也希望能够促进中职院校酒店管理专业学生综合素养的提升，进而促进我国酒店行业的健康、有序发展。

Abstract The hotel is a relatively popular industry and has high requirements for the comprehensive quality of management personnel. Therefore， secondary vocational colleges should strengthen the innovation and reform of the teaching of hotel management， and continuously improve the comprehensive quality of students. By studying the existing literatures of relevant scholars at home and abroad， and combining with their own teaching practice experience， this paper summarizes the importance of vocational quality education for vocational school hotel management students and the current educational status. Based on this， how to carry out secondary vocational education innovation of professional literacy education for hotel management students puts forward some targeted suggestions， and hopes to provide a certain theoretical basis for the research of relevant scholars in the future. At the same time， it also hopes to promote the comprehensive literacy improvement of hotel management students in secondary vocational colleges， and then promote healthy and orderly development of the China hotel industry.

0 引言

酒店是為客户提供舒适、安全、能够进行短期休息或者睡眠场所的一种商业机构。随着我国经济的发展与社会的进步，酒店这一行业也在蓬勃发展，相关管理人员吸收国外酒店的先进管理经验同时结合自身的实际情况，对我国酒店行业进行不断变革与创新。一个酒店要想得到可持续的发展，就必须打造一支高素质的管理团队。当前，我国各个中职院校都注重提高酒店管理专业学生的综合职业素养，酒店管理专业的教师在开展相关教学活动时，从各个环节对学生展开职业素质教育，不断创新相关的教学内容、教学方法以及教学模式，以便于在最大程度上促进学生综合职业素养的提升。……
