摘 要 优化教学方法改进教学模式可以更加有效地提高当前高校的教学质量，使得高校教育工作迈向新的台阶。而高校网球教学作为体育课程教学内容之一也应该在现有基础上对教学模式和教学方法进行优化创新，以此来提高学生对网球运动的感兴趣程度。本文以当前高校网球教学为例，探究网球教学方法优化的必要性和优化后教学方法呈现出的特点，通过对高校网球教学方法优化来提升网球教学的质量和效果。

Abstract Optimizing the teaching method and improving the teaching mode can improve the teaching quality of colleges and universities more effectively， and make the college education work to a new stage. As one of the teaching contents of physical education， tennis teaching in Colleges and universities should also optimize and innovate the teaching mode and teaching method on the basis of the existing， so as to improve students' interest in tennis. Taking the tennis teaching in Colleges and universities as an example， this paper explores the necessity of optimizing the tennis teaching methods and the characteristics of the optimized teaching methods. Through optimizing the tennis teaching methods in Colleges and universities， the quality and effect of tennis teaching can be improved.

0 前言

近年来我国的体育文化产业呈现出蒸蒸日上的良好发展局面，因此也对现阶段我国的高校体育教育造成了一定影响。网球作为一项外来运动，其相关赛事在世界中具有极高的关注度，将网球教学引入到高校体育课程中也受到了很多同学的欢迎。但是由于我国网球教学的发展较晚，导致现阶段的网球教学方法和教学模式存在一定的问题和漏洞。网球教学方法的落后，不仅会影响教学质量，同时还会打消学生对于网球运动的积极性，因此需要对目前高校网球教学方法進行优化，提高网球教学质量和效果。

1 高校网球运动教学方法改革优化的必要性

目前我国高校开展的网球教学依旧在采用传统的教学方法和教学模式，这在某种程度上严重阻碍了网球运动在高校的发展。传统网球教学模式仅通过网球教师对学生进行基础动作的示范，在学生了解基础内容后通过机械式的反复练习来使技术动作达到熟练。……
