摘 要 随着我国教育水平的不断提升，在语文教学中不仅重视培养学生的学习能力，同时也要求学生形成对应的人文素养，为其他学科的学习奠定基础。在教学中通过对文章的解读以及相关实例的分析来引导学生建立正确的价值观和人生观，鼓励学生根据正确的价值观来约束自己，从而实现对学生的综合素质教育。初中是学生建立人生观价值观的重要时期，是引导学生分辨是非对错的时期，也是进行素质教育的重要时期。因此在初中语文教学中如何有效运用人文素养的培养方法来实现对学生的引导是现阶段需要重点考虑的。本文将结合现阶段初中语文教学情况来进行对应分析。

Abstract With the continuous improvement of the educational level in our country， we not only pay attention to cultivating students' learning ability in Chinese teaching， but also require students to form corresponding humanities literacy and lay the foundation for the study of other subjects. In the teaching， through the interpretation of the article and the analysis of relevant examples to guide students to establish correct values and outlook on life， encourage students to constrain themselves according to the correct values， thus achieving a comprehensive quality education for students. Junior high school is an important period for students to establish values of life. It is a time to guide students to distinguish between right and wrong， and also an important period for quality education. Therefore， how to effectively use the training method of humanistic literacy in the teaching of junior high school to achieve the guidance of students is a key consideration at this stage. This paper will combine the current situation of junior high school Chinese teaching to carry out corresponding analysis.

0 引言

語文教学是现阶段教学课程中较为重要的部分，不仅引导学生学习相关语文知识，同时形成良好的阅读和学习习惯，建立有效良好的语文学习习惯。而在语文教学中不仅要传授相关语文读写知识，同时也需要引导学生了解自己，加强对人与社会的认知，形成积极的处世态度，从而形成人文素养。人文素养的形成要在初中语文教学中开始，更加全面有效地进行引导，而由于人文素养的定义和概念较为抽象，在引导时教师需要对人文素养内涵有更为深层的认识，将课本中有关人文素养的内容进行挖掘，通过浅显的表达方式引导学生理解内容，并形成一种综合意识，鼓励学生更好地进行学习和价值观的建立。……
