摘 要 培养创新型人才是一个国家经济发展的关键要素，在新时代知识经济时代，创新型人才就显得尤其重要。我国对于创新人才的培养要顺应时代的发展，这是一项长期性的任务，也对高校人才的自身发展起到了一定的促进作用，高校应该长期树立这种教学理念，不断培养创新人才。这些年我国在创新人才培养上取得了一定的成果，但仍存在一些问题，本文在创新人才培养的基础上，对于创新人才培养策略进行了多方面的分析和探讨，以期为创新人才的培养提供一些对策和建议。

Abstract Cultivating innovative talents is a key element of a country's economic development. In the era of knowledge economy in the new era， innovative talents are particularly important first. China's cultivation of innovative talents should conform to the development of the times. This is a long-term task， and it also plays a certain role in promoting the development of college talents. Colleges and universities should establish such teaching concepts for a long time and continuously cultivate innovative talents. In recent years， China has achieved certain results in the cultivation of innovative talents， but there are still some problems. Based on the cultivation of innovative talents， this paper analyzes and discusses the innovative talent training strategies in order to provide some countermeasures and suggestions training for innovative talents.

創新已经成为这个时代的主旋律，经济迅速发展，科技的进步都是源于创新的推动带来的成果，整个社会对于创新人才的需要越来越迫切，各个行业都在呼吁创新人才，国际上对于创新人才的培养更加重视，但是与国家战略相比，我国的创新人才还远远不能满足社会需求，创新型人才还是比较匮乏，因此培养创新人才也成为教育的当务之急。为了顺应创新人才的可持续发展理念，改革人才培养模式已势在必行。高校应向学生传输创新理念发展，增强学生的创新精神和创新思维。在教学模式中，以人才的创新培养为原则，完善创新人才培养的教学体系。

1 高校创新人才培养存在的问题

1.1 起步较晚

相较于国外而言，我国高等院校的创新人才培养起步较晚。据记载，至上世纪八十年代末期，我国才开始出现公开发表的研究文献，随后的发展也一直落后于西方国家。……
