摘要 目的：观察乳疾灵颗粒联合小金胶囊治疗乳腺增生的临床疗效与安全性。方法：选取2016年6月至2017年5月在陕西中医药大学附属医院乳腺专科门诊就诊的660例乳腺增生患者作为研究对象，根据患者来院就诊时间的先后顺序，应用随机数字表法分为A、B、C共3组，每组220例，分别应用乳疾灵颗粒、小金胶囊、中成药合用方（小金胶囊联合乳疾灵颗粒）治疗3个疗程。观察3组患者乳房疼痛评分、乳腺结节肿块评分的变化情况，以及临床治疗总有效率，不良反应发生率等参数指标。结果：经3个疗程治疗后，A组（乳疾灵颗粒组）、B组（小金胶囊组）、C组（中成药合用方组）在乳房疼痛评分、乳腺结节肿块评分方面均有较好效果，各组治疗前与治疗后比较，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。且C组治疗后乳房疼痛评分显著低于A组（P<0.05），C组治疗后乳腺结节肿块评分显著低于A组或B组（P<0.05）。A、B、C3组总有效率分别为74.5%、86.4、93.6%，C组总有效率明显高于A组或B组2组（P<0.05）。A组6例患者出现月经不调，C组5例患者出现月经不调，余未见其他药物相关不良反应。结论：乳疾灵颗粒联合小金胶囊治疗乳腺增生的疗效确切，且安全性良好，值得临床推广运用。

AbstractObjective：ToobservetheclinicaleffectsofRujilinggranulecombinedwithXiaojincapsuleonmammaryhyperplasia.Methods：Atotalof660casesofpatientswithmammaryglandhyperplasiatreatedinourhospitalbreastsurgeryfromJune2016toMay2017weredividedinto3groupsusedrandomnumbertablemethod，with220casesineachgroup.TheyweretreatedwithRujilinggranule，Xiaojincapsule，RujilinggranulecombinedwithXiaojincapsulerespectively.Andthetreatmentcourseswere3monthsineachgroup.Thechangesofbreastpainscore，breastnoduleormassscoreinthe3groupswereobserved，aswellasthetotaleffectiverateofclinicaltreatment，theincidenceofadversereactionsandotherparameters.Results：After3coursesoftreatment，thescoreofbreastpainandbreastnodulemassingroupA（Rujilinggranulegroup），groupB（Xiaojincapsulegroup），groupC（groupofChinesepatentmedicine）aftertreatmentwerereducedsignificantlythanbeforetreatment（P<0.05）.Moreover，thebreastpainscoreingroupCwassignificantlylowerthanthatingroupA（P<0.05），andthescoreofbreastnodulemassingroupCaftertreatmentwassignificantlylowerthanthatingroupAorB（P<0.05）.AndthetotaleffectiveratesofA，BandCin3groupswere74.5%，86.4and93.6%，respectively，thatthetotaleffectiverateingroupCwassignificantlyhigherthanthatingroupAorB（P<0.05）.6casesingroupAand5ingroupChadanirregularperiodofmenstruation，whileotherdrugrelatedadversereactionswerenotfounded.Conclusion：RujilinggranuleandXiaojincapsulearealleffectiveinthetreatmentofmammaryglandhyperplasia.Furthermore，XiaojincapsulecombinedwithRujilinggranuleseemstobemoreeffective.Theyareallworthtobewidelyusedinclinic.

乳腺增生约占全部乳腺疾病的70%以上，其发病率占乳房疾病的首位，且病程较长，易于复发。随着近年来人们的生活节奏、饮食习惯、社会和自然环境的变化，乳腺增生也呈现出年轻化多发趋势，对女性健康造成了严重的危害。目前西医学主要使用以激素类药物为主的内分泌疗法治疗乳腺增生。但由于乳腺增生病程长，易于复发，激素类药物大多具有一定的不良反应，中医药是临床治疗乳腺增生的主要手段[1-3]。近年，我院乳腺专科门诊应用乳疾灵颗粒、小金胶囊等中医中药治疗乳腺增生取得了较为满意的效果，现将治疗乳腺增生的疗效报道如下，以期望对中医药治疗乳腺增生的临床实践有一定的积极意义。……
