【摘 要】 目的：观察解郁合欢汤加减联合脑电生物反馈治疗仪对抑郁症患者的临床效果。方法：选取抑郁症患者74例，随机分为对照组和实验组各37例。对照组予以脑电生物反馈治疗仪治疗，实验组在此基础上予以解郁合欢汤加减治疗，两组均治疗2个疗程。疗程结束后，统计两组治疗效果，并对比治疗前后两组汉密顿抑郁量表（HAMD）评分、中医证候积分、生活质量评分。结果：实验组治疗总有效率为97.30%，高于较对照组的78.38%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；两组生活质量、HAMD评分及中医证候积分治疗前无明显差异（P>0.05）；治疗后，实验组生活质量评分较对照组高，HAMD评分及中医证候积分均较对照组低，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：对抑郁症患者予以脑电波生物反馈治疗仪治疗基础上加用中药汤剂解郁合欢汤，可明显缓解患者临床症状，降低HAMD评分，提高生活质量。

Abstract：Objective To investigate the clinical effect of the modified Jieyu Hehuan decoction combined with the electroencephalogram biofeedback therapy instrument in treating patients with depression. Methods Selected 74 cases of depressive patients and divided into groups according to the different treatment schemes， 37 cases in each. The control group was treated with the electroencephalogram biofeedback therapy instrument. On this basis， the experimental group was treated with the modified Jieyu Hehuan decoction. The two groups were treated with 2 courses of treatment. After the end of the course， the treatment effects of two groups were statistically analyzed. And the HAMD scores， the TCM syndrome scores and the quality of life score of two groups were compared before and after the treatment. Results The therapeutic effect of the experimental group （97.30%） was higher than that of the control group （78.38%）. The differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）. There were insignificant differences between the two groups in the quality of life score， the HAMD score and the TCM syndrome score before treatment（P>0.05）. After treatment， the quality of life score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group， and the scores of HAMD and TCM syndrome were lower than those of the control group. The differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion On the basis of patients with depression treated with electroencephalogram biofeedback therapy instrument， the modified Chinese herbal decoction of Jieyu Hehuan can relieve the symptoms of the patients， reduce the HAMD score and improve the quality of life. Besides， the effect is more significant.

抑郁癥为临床常见精神疾病之一，包括神经衰弱、疑病症、焦虑症、失眠症、强迫症等多种病症，临床主要表现为情绪低落、心境不佳、悲观情绪占主体、对日常生活失去兴趣，严重者甚至会产生自杀念头，威胁患者生命安全及生活质量。因此，积极采取有效措施治疗抑郁症尤为重要。目前，生物学反馈治疗为临床治疗抑郁症重要手段之一，其主要通过增加患者α脑电波活动，达到缓解精神紧张目的，效果已经临床实践证实[1]。近年来，随着中医药在临床治疗中的广泛应用，其在抑郁症治疗方面优势逐渐突显。解郁合欢汤为临床治疗抑郁症常用中药汤剂，具有舒畅情志，宁心安神，开郁解忧之功效[2]。目前，临床治疗抑郁症多单纯应用解郁合欢汤、脑电生物反馈治疗仪，关于二者联合应用较为鲜见。……
