【摘 要】在知识经济时代的背景下，高职教育专业现代化建设需主动适应区域经济发展的大环境，实现区域经济与高职教育水平协调发展的目的，这二者之间属于相互影响和相互促进的关系，高职教育专业设置需要以区域经济产业结构为依据和前提，同时，现代化的高职教育又能极大的推动区域经济产业发展。本文基于以上论述，结合具体调研情况，对高等职业教育专业设置和区域经济协调发展的关系和措施进行了分析。

【Abstract】Under the background of the era of knowledge economy， the modernization construction of specialty of higher vocational education needs to actively adapt to the general environment of regional economic development， and realize the harmonious development of regional economy and the level of higher vocational education. The relationship between them is mutual influence and mutual promotion. The setting of specialty of higher vocational education should be based on the industrial structure of regional economy. At the same time， modern higher vocational education can greatly promote the development of regional economic industry.Based on the above discussion， and according to the specific investigation， the paper analyzes the relationship and measures of the harmonious development of the specialty establishment of higher vocational education and the regional economy.

1 引言

区域经济结构调整是我国产业转型升级战略中重要的一环，而推动区域经济发展需要一大批高素质的应用型人才。当前高职教育的专业设置方向与人才需求仍有差异，高素质人才匮乏成为制约区域经济发展的主要问题[1]，因此应将调整高职教育专业设置作为连接和协调区域经济发展的纽带，秉持与区域经济共生、共进、共建的理念，为区域产业顺利转型升级提供助力，这就要求高职院校对当地的经济产业结构以及人才市场用人需求进行客观分析，反思专业设置的根源性和内生性问题，从而构建高职教育专业设置的新布局和新模式，促进高职教育专业设置与区域经济发展相协调。以下将从高等职业教育专业的内涵和特征分析入手，结合实地调研情况和具体问题，逐步提出完善高等职业教育专业设置，促进区域经济协调发展的建议。……
