【摘要】 目的：探讨合并小剂量阿立哌唑与单用奥氮平对精神分裂症患者性激素水平的影响。方法：随机选取本院门诊和住院的精神分裂症患者80例，分为奥氮平+阿立哌唑组（研究组）和奥氮平组（对照组），每组各40例，分别于治疗前和治疗4、8、12周末测定血清性激素（雌二醇、催乳素和睾酮）水平，比较治疗前后各检测值变化。结果：两组治疗4、8、12周末性激素水平比较，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：奥氮平合并小剂量阿立哌唑与单用奥氮平疗效相当，但合并阿立哌唑之后能改善性激素的水平。

【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the effect of combination of Aripiprazole with Olanzapine and Olanzapine on sex hormone of patients with schizophrenia.Method：A total of 80 cases of schizophrenia patients were randomly divided into research group and control group with number table，40 cases in each group.Patients in research group were given Aripiprazole combined with Olanzapine， while patients in control group received Olanzapine.The sex homone （Estradiol，Prolactin and Testosterone） levels were detected and observed pre-treatment，4，8 and 12 weeks post-treatment.Result：The sex homone levels showed significant difference between the two groups（P<0.05）.Conclusion：Treatment of schizophrenia using the combination of aripiprazole with olanzapine and olanzapine had similar effects， but the research group can slow down the sex homone disorder，and increase the complice and life quality of patients.

精神分裂癥在我国具有较高发病率[1]，为一种重大精神疾病，随着精神医学和药物的发展更新，目前临床常用药物为非典型抗精神病药物，虽然在疗效和耐受性方面优于传统抗精神病药，但引起的副反应也备受关注[2-3]。临床常见非典型抗精神病药会引起催乳素升高，雌二醇降低，睾酮增高等副反应，不同药物之间影响作用程度不同。奥氮平和阿立哌唑为常用非典型抗精神病药物，奥氮平疗效比较好，锥体外系副反应较少，但不良反应严重，有研究显示可导致催乳素升高[4]。高催乳素血症在男性患者表现为性欲减退，乳房女性化及阳痿等症状，女性患者可表现为不孕症、溢乳、月经不调、乳房增大、闭经、多毛症和性欲减退等，甚至增加生殖系统肿瘤的发病率[5]。阿立哌唑是一种多巴胺受体部分激动剂药物，有调节性激素水平的作用，并对阳性症状和阴性症状均有良好效果[6-7]。国内外已有文献报道，阿立哌唑对利培酮和氨磺必利引起的性激素紊乱有较好效果，但关于奥氮平与小剂量阿立哌唑的合并尚有争议，因此本研究对奥氮平合并小剂量阿立哌唑与单用奥氮平对性激素的影响进行对照研究。……
