[摘要] 目的 探讨针灸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的效果。 方法 随机将该院 2016年5月—2017 年5月收治的88例糖尿病周围神经病变患者分为两组，每组 44例。对照组行甲钴胺治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上行针灸治疗。比较两组临床疗效。 结果 观察组治疗有效率、TCSS 评分、感觉神经传导速度及运动神经传导速度等指标均显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 针灸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效理想，可有效改善临床症状，提高了患者的生活质量，值得临床推广应用。

Evaluation on Clinical Curative Effect of Acupuncture and Moxibustion Therapy of Diabetic neuropathy

[Abstract] Objective To study the effect of acupuncture and moxibustion therapy of diabetic neuropathy. Methods 88 cases of patients with diabetic neuropathy admitted and treated in our hospital from May 2016 to May 2017 were selected and divided into two groups with 44 cases in each， the control group were treated with mecobalamin， while the observation group were treated with acupuncture and moxibustion on the basis of the control group， and the clinical curative effect was compared. Results The treatment effective rate， TCSS score， sensory nerve conduction velocity and motor nerve conduction velocity in the observation group were obviously better than those in the control group the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion The curative effect of acupuncture and moxibustion therapy of diabetic neuropathy is ideal， which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and improve the quality of life of patients， and it is worth clinical promotion and application.

近年来，随着生活水平以及饮食习惯的不断变化，我国糖尿病发病率呈上升趋势，该疾病往往容易引起一系列并发症如糖尿病周围神经病变[1]。该症状临床主要表现为感觉障碍、肢体肿胀等，严重影响了患者的身体健康以及生活质量。目前，西医是治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的主要手段，它可有效改善血糖水平以及周围神经功能，提高了患者的预后质量，但其临床疗效仍未达到人们的预期[2]。如今，中医针灸治疗该类疾病越来越受到人们的重视。该研究选取 2016年5月—2017 年5月该院收治的88例患者为研究对象，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

随机将该院收治的88例糖尿病周围神经病变患者分为两组，每组 44例。其中观察组男23例，女21例；年龄：40～79岁，平均年龄（62.58±3.57）岁；病程1～13年，平均病程（4.28±0.88）年。对照组24例，女20例；年龄：41～78岁，平均年龄（62.59±3.58）岁；病程1～12年，平均病程（4.29±0.84）年。入选标准：①符合相关诊断标准者[3]；②无相关药物使用禁忌证者；③同意该次研究者。排除标准：①伴有心肝肾等器质性疾病者；……
