【摘 要】生物化学是医药高职院校的主要核心课程之一，同时也是很多学生所惧怕的课程之一。本文结合高职院校生物化学的教学现状和学生的特点，根据笔者在实际教学中的经验，提出了几点生物化学的教学方面的改革，力图将传统的灌输式教学模式改变为“以学生为主体、教师为主导”的现代教学模式。

Discussion on the teaching status and reform direction of biochemistry in higher vocational colleges

【Abstract】Biochemistry is one of the main core courses in higher vocational medical colleges and one of the courses that many students fear.In this paper，the current situation of the teaching of biochemistry in higher vocational colleges and the characteristics of students，according to the experience in the practical teaching，and puts forward some biochemistry teaching reform，in an attempt to change the traditional force-feeding teaching mode to "take the student as the main body，teacher as the leading" of the modern teaching mode.

《生物化学》是一门在分子水平上研究生命现象的化学本质的科学，它是一门重要的医学基础课程，与医学的发展密切相关并相互促进[1]。近年来，生物化学已成为医药专业的核心课程之一，逐渐渗透到医药相关学科的各个领域。但是，由于生物化学课程内容广泛、概念抽象、代谢途径多而复杂，所以学生在学习过程中通常会感到抽象、枯燥，难以提起兴趣，教师教学难度大，学生学习效果差。现行的教学模式中，以教师讲授，学生被动记忆为主，大多数学生尽管考试能够顺利通过，但是很少有学生能将生物化学知识独立运用在临床课程学习、临床实习及科研实践中去。基于生物化学的教学现状，迫切需要教师通过一定教学方法改革，培养学生主动学习的能力。

1 生物化学的教学现状

1.1 课程定位

《生物化学》是由生物学与化学相互交叉而产生的二级学科，它既要有无机化学、有机化学、微生物、植物学、动物学等学科做支撑，又要为后续课程（如生物技术和生物制品测试、药物化学）提供理论基础，具有承前启后的作用，在整个课程体系中处于核心地位。……
