【摘 要】大学人才培养模式一直是国家政府关心的问题。产教融合的培养模式是各个大学培养创新型人才的趋势。以南京信息工程大学信息管理专业为研究案例，围绕品牌专业建设如何提高人才培养质量，结合我院各专业教学改革中的理论与实际问题，重点进行人才培养模式、教学内容、课程体系、研究性教学、推进素质教育、促进学生德智体全面发展、提高大学生的实践创新能力、推进教育创新、提高教育质量以及教学管理等方面进行应用性研究。

Research on innovative talents training mode of information management major under the background of integration of production and Education

——Taking Nanjing University of Information Science and Technology as an example

【Abstract】The training mode of university talents has always been a concern of the national government. The training mode of integration of production and education is the trend of every university to cultivate innovative talents. Taking the information management major of Nanjing University of Information Science and Technology as a case study， focusing on how to improve the quality of personnel training in the construction of brand specialty， combining the theoretical and practical problems in the teaching reform of our college， we focus on the training mode， teaching content， curriculum system， research teaching， promoting quality education and promoting students. Applied research on the development of morality and intelligence， the improvement of practical innovation ability of college students， the promotion of educational innovation， the improvement of educational quality and teaching management.

0 引言

我國提出了科教兴国、人才强国的发展战略，并且先后发展了“985工程”和“211工程”。这两个项目提高了我国各个大学的研究水平和学生培养能力。由于社会对人才要求发生了变化，创新型人才培养的作用逐步凸显，产业融合进入到了新阶段。《关于全面提高高等教育质量的若干意见》于2012年由国家教育部提出并且开始实施，提出了很多建议，特别在创新人才培养模式方面给出很多建议政策。

为使信管人才清晰把握未来社会发展趋势，同时响应国家关于人才培养的改革理念和发展要求，应将信管人才培养成主动融入国家应用型教育整体战略布局，培养出一批拥有丰富的信息管理实践经验，扎实的信息管理理论知识，能熟练操作高端信息管理系统的高素质人才队伍，是发展我国信息事业的根本举措之一[1]。……
