【摘要】 目的：觀察肌内效贴配合康复训练治疗脑卒中患者足下垂的临床治疗效果。方法：选取2016年12月-2017年6月张店区某医院康复医学科就诊的脑卒中偏瘫患者60例，随机分为两组，各30例，观察组接受肌内效贴配合常规康复训练，对照组只接受常规康复训练；两组患者分别在治疗前、治疗后4周评价治疗效果，通过下肢FMA运动功能评分量表、Holden步行能力分级、下肢Brunnstrom分期量表、Bathel指数进行评价。结果：经4周治疗后，观察组患者足背屈改善总有效率为93.3%，高于对照组的70.0%，比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；两组下肢FMA运动功能评分、Holden步行能力分级、下肢Brunnstrom分期、Bathel指数均高于治疗前，比较差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组下肢FMA运动功能评分、Holden步行能力分级、下肢Brunnstrom分期、Bathel指数均高于对照组，比较差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：肌内效贴配合康复训练治疗脑卒中后患者足下垂，可以有效改善足下垂程度，对偏瘫患者下肢功能的恢复、步行能力及日常生活能力的提高均起到积极作用。

Observation of Therapeutic Effect of Kinesio Taping Combined with Rehabilitation Training on Stroke Patients with Foot Drop/SONG Wei，WANG Deqiang.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2018，16（4）：14-16

【Abstract】 Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of Kinesio taping combined with rehabilitation training on foot drop of convalescent stroke patients.Method：From December 2016 to June 2017，60 patients with stroke hemiplegia treated in Zhangdian district hospitals rehabilitation medicine department were selected and were randomly divided into two groups，30 cases each.The observation group received Kinesio taping and rehabilitation training，the control group received rehabilitation training only.Two groups of patients were treated respectively before and 4 weeks after treatment，the treatment effect，the FMA lower limb function scale，Holden walking ability classification，Brunnstrom stage of lower limbs and Bathel index were evaluated.Result：After 4 weeks treatment，the total effective rate of dorsiflexion of foot in observation group was 93.3%，which was higher than 70.0% in control group，the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.FMA scores of the lower limbs，Holden walking ability classification，Brunnstrom stage of lower limbs and Bathel index were higher than those before treatment in both groups，and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.FMA scores of the lower limbs，Holden walking ability classification，Brunnstrom stage of lower limbs and Bathel index of the observation group were higher than those of the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）.Conclusion：Kinesio taping combined with rehabilitation training can effectively improve the degree of foot drop in patients with stroke，has a positive effect on the recovery of lower limb function， walking ability and recovery of daily living ability in patients with hemiplegia.

近年来，随着人民生活水平的日益提高，脑血管疾病发病率呈逐年上升趋势，而我国患者的平均发病年龄则呈逐渐降低趋势，较美国提前10余年，卒中患者的年轻化趋势显著，伴随我国医疗水平大力发展，患者的病死率下降，但患者的致残率不断上升[1]。脑卒中后患者往往遗留肢体功能残损，影响患者日常生活能力。下肢运动功能障碍常伴有不同程度足下垂，表现为踝关节背屈不充分，患者步行时廓清障碍，出现“划圈步态”，严重影响患者步态及步行能力，且踝扭伤及摔倒风险增加。以往在脑卒中患者足下垂的康复治疗中，常使用神经肌肉促进技术、电子生物反馈、神经功能电刺激、肉毒毒素注射、踝足矫形器、针灸按摩、外科手术治疗等来改善踝关节功能，纠正足下垂，但以上治疗需根据患者所处的不同时期给予相应的治疗才能收到较好的效果[2]。……
