【摘要】 癌邪与癌细胞平行对应，是恶性肿瘤发生发展的独立病因。人体精气在复杂的分化过程中，受到致癌因素不良刺激，出现异常分化。同时正气虚损，修复能力下降，异常分化发展为恶化，产生癌邪。在水谷精微滋养下，癌邪脱离人体调控，不断增殖，数量增多，聚集成团，形成癌肿。癌肿继续增大，破坏脏腑功能，阻碍气机，损伤经络，流窜生长，形成气滞、血瘀、痰、湿、热等一种或多种病理产物，危害机体。中医治癌的根本在于消灭或控制癌邪，并全程扶持正气，清除病理产物，治疗致癌因素。

The Explanation of the Etiology and Pathogenesis of Malignant Tumor by Parallel Correspondence of Cancer Evil and Cancer Cell/WU Xiaoxiong.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2018，16（4）：179-181

【Abstract】 Cancer evil is parallel to cancer cell，which is the independent cause of the occurrence and development of malignant tumor.In the complex differentiation process，human essence is stimulated by carcinogenic factors，which causes abnormal differentiation.The deficiency of Vital Qi，the restoration ability decrease，the abnormal differentiation develops to worsen，and produces the cancer evil.Under the fine nourishment of water and grain，the cancer evil breaks away from the body's regulation，keeps proliferating，increases in quantity，and becomes a mass of cancer.The cancer continues to increase，destroying the function of Zang and Fu，obstructing the functional activities of vital energy and damaging the meridians and collaterals.Cancer can also transfer growth and form Qi stagnation，blood stasis，phlegm，damp，hot and other pathological conditions.Chinese medicine treatment of cancer is based on the eradication or control of cancer evil，which all the way to support the Vital Qi，clearing pathological products，treatment of carcinogenic factors.

惡性肿瘤的病死率一直居我国疾病之首，已成为威胁民众健康的重要疾病之一[1]。西医治疗恶性肿瘤常用手术、放疗及化疗手段，在清除、抑制癌细胞上具有独特优势，但也存在疗效有限及毒副作用较大等缺点[2]。90%的肿瘤患者都曾或多或少接受过中医治疗[3]。大量研究表明，中医药在改善恶性肿瘤患者生存质量、延长生存期、保护患者造血功能、预防复发和转移等方面有明确作用[4]。中医药可以积极参与到恶性肿瘤治疗的各个阶段，发挥特色优势，尤其在个体化和综合治疗方面，取得显著成果[5]。

1 恶性肿瘤中医病因病机

中医药在恶性肿瘤的临床和基础研究方面发展迅速，有大量论文发表见刊，但理论研究是其薄弱之处。特别是在恶性肿瘤的病因病机方面，各家观点不尽一致，至今尚未形成共识[6]。……
