【摘 要】随着科技时代的发展，我国园林市场的规模不断扩大，各园林企业间的市场竞争日渐激烈。因此，园林企业人力资源管里体系的建设是当下时代发展的必然趋势。论文先是对园林企业人力资源管理体系建设的重要性进行了简述，后又对现阶段园林企业人力资源管理存在的问题以及解决措施展开了深度的探讨。此次探讨的主要目的是为了加强园林企业的人力资源管理，促进园林企业人力资源管理体系的建立。

【Abstract】With the development of science and technology， the scale of garden market in our country is expanding constantly. The market competition between various garden enterprises is getting fiercer. Therefore， the construction of human resources management system in garden enterprises is the inevitable trend of the current era. This article firstly describes the importance of the construction of human resources management system in garden enterprises， then discusses the existing problems and solutions of the human resource management in the garden enterprises at the present stage. The main purpose of this discussion is to strengthen the human resources management of garden enterprises and promote the establishment of human resources management system of garden enterprises.

1 引言

随着社会现代化的发展，我国各园林企业对于人才的需求量逐渐上升，对人才的专业化标准要求逐渐提高。因此，园林企业建设相应的人力资源管理体系，有利于实现园林企业对高素质专业化人才的合理化管理。园林企业人力资源管里体系的不健全，既不利于提高园林企业对人才的利用率，又阻碍了园林企业的发展。文章简单介绍了建设人力资源管理体系的重要性，并依据园林企业人力资源管理存在的问题提出了人力资源管理体系建立的措施，对推动园林企业的人力资源管理体系建设具有理论性意义，对促进我国园林企业人力资源管理的发展具有现实性的指导意义。

2 园林企业人力资源管理体系建设的重要性

人力资源是园林企业成长与发展的根本，人力资源管里体系的建设使园林企业的发展规模不断壮大，人力管理资源体系建设的主要内容包括人力资源质量与人力资源数量两方面。……
