[摘要] 普外科的护理工作较为复杂，而且服务患者较多，严重增加了护士的工作压力。采取五常法进行管理能够有效解决这一问题。在五常法的应用过程中，首先在普外科成立五常法管理小组，并选择适宜护士分别担任检查、整顿、清扫、清洁和自律5个小组的组长；然后护士以五常法的内容和优势为主题，对全体护士开展培训，以提高护士对五常法的理解；在具体实施中，全体护士严格按着常整理、常整顿、常清扫、常清洁和常自律的要求开展工作，组长负责工作内容制定和监督工作，护士长协助组长进行管理，以此分工明确，保证五常法各环节有序开展。

[Abstract] The nursing work is complex in the department of general surgery， and the serves many patients， seriously increasing the work pressure of nurses， and the five-chang method can effectively solve the problem， in the application course of the method， firstly， we should establish a management group and select the proper nurses to respectively serve as the team heads of examination， rectification， swapping， cleaning and self-discipline， and then the nurses conducted training of all staff by taking the content and advantages of five-change method as topics in order to improve the understanding of it， in the specific implementation， all nurses should conduct the work strictly according to the requirements of often sorting， often rectification， often swapping， often cleaning and often self-discipline， and the team head should be responsible for content formulation and work supervision and the head nurses should help team head manage thus clearing the division of labor and ensuring various links of five-chang method conducted in an orderly manner.

五常法是起源于日本的一種管理方法，由常整理、常整顿、常清扫、常清洁和常自律5部分组成，其目的是提高员工的工作素质，高效而有规律地完成各项工作[1-3]。近年来，随着管理学的发展，五常法的应用日益广泛，如在护理学领域，笔者以五常法和护理为检索词，在万方数据库中进行主题检索，总计得到356条检索结果，可见五常法已经成为护理学研究的重点内容之一。因此为了进一步提高该院普外科的工作效率，将五常法融入到护士的管理过程中，现将方法和经验总结如下。
