[摘要] 目的 该院的信息平台具有大量的临床数据以及管理数据，与这些数据有关的科研记过有待进一步的分析，因此构建一个科研分析平台可以为今后的医疗科研提供重要的辅助支持。方法 基于临床数据中心构建具有该院医疗结果特色的数据集市。结果 实现该院各类科研数据系统的医疗信息共享，建立一个科研病例检索、科研数据管理以及随访系统的完整数据管理模式，解决医疗科研人员处理数据困难的问题。结论 提高了数据的利用率、分析的准确性、降低了科研难度、促进了医疗科研成果的发表。

[Abstract] Objective The information platform of our institute has a lot of clinical data and management data. The scientific research related to these data needs to be further analyzed. Therefore， the construction of a scientific research platform can provide important support for future medical research. Methods A data mart was constructed based on clinical data centers with medical results. Results To realize the medical information sharing of all kinds of scientific research data system in our hospital， establish a complete data management mode of scientific research case retrieval， scientific data management and follow-up system， and solve the problem that medical researchers are dealing with data difficulties. Conclusion It improves the utilization rate of data， the accuracy of analysis， reduces the difficulty of scientific research， and promotes the publication of medical research results.

一般的科学研究都是建立在系统的试验设计上进行的，尤其是医疗领域，更是需要精确的试验方法设计，不断调整试验条件及手段，记录所得数据进而分析数据得到结果，随着信息技术得发展，医疗领域更是积累了大量的数据[1]。尤其是在临床方面，以患者为核心的大数据正在进一步扩大[2]。随着大数据概念在各行各业，包括电子商务、社交网络、咨询服务等行业的逐渐风靡，应用大数据技术对临床上越来越庞大的医疗数据进行分析也成为了目前研究的热点。大数据的应用具有4个特点：①数据量大（Volume）；②数据种类多（Variety）；③价值高（Value）；④产生快、处理快（Velocity）[3]。而临床上大量的研究数据正以GB到TB再到PB的趋势进行发展[4]，所以，只有在大数据处理技术的帮助下才能更有效地分析、利用这些数据，挖掘出“小数据”无法提供的信息，为经济社会的发展提供优良的服务，为患者、医疗工作者、科研者及管理者提供优质的服务与积极的协助[5]。……
