[摘要] 近年来，随着我国生活节奏的加快及治疗时间受到限制，从而导致中医药受到严重的相互冲击，但由于人们对健康理念的改变，中药已在临床上得到广泛应用，且中药还具有副作用小、纯天然的特点，且现在大多数医院内都配有中药房，给人们治疗提供了方便的途径。因此，中药房内的中药质量对患者的生命安全有直接影响，对患者临床治疗具有重要作用。而在医院内，中药房及中草药是对患者的最终端，因此，对中药质量的管理不可疏忽。应加强对中药房中药的管理，从而使药品的安全得到保障。

Study on measures and countermeasures of quality management of traditional Chinese medicine in traditional Chinese medicine room

[Abstract] In recent years， with the acceleration of the pace of life and the limited treatment time， Chinese medicine had been seriously impacted each other. But because of the change of our health concept， Chinese medicine had been widely used in clinic. And Chinese medicine also had small side effects， pure natural characteristics， and now most hospitals were equipped with Chinese pharmacy， which provided a convenient way for people to treat. Therefore， the quality of traditional Chinese medicine in the traditional Chinese medicine could directly affect the patients life safety， and it played an important role in the clinical treatment of the patients. In the hospital， the traditional Chinese medicine and herbal medicine were the final end of the patient， so， the management of the quality of Chinese medicine should not be neglected. We should strengthen the management quality of traditional Chinese medicine in Chinese pharmacy so as to ensure the safety of the medicine.

中药在我国具有悠久的历史，在祖国医学中起着较为重要的作用，中药主要是由中医学原理和实际经验相结合所得，是临床治疗疾病的一种方法[1]。中医治疗大多数采用的都是植物药治疗，部分为矿物或动物。在我国中草药种类繁多。目前我国通过对中药的不断改进，较多天然药材已具有成熟的保管方法。

1 选择合适的中药进货渠道

中药是治疗疾病最为重要的药物之一，而药物的质量直接关系到患者的生命安全，不经国家许可的药材是不可进行交易或买卖的，尤其对于中药饮片，因此，保证进药渠道的正规性，进货有保证才能保证患者的生命安全。而导致我国药效不断降低的原因主要包括以下几个方面：（1）进货把关不严，进货人员谋私利，为了自身利益而采取不正规渠道进货，且加之进货人员对真假药材的分辨率不足，从而导致出现了以次充好、掺杂使假、伪造冒充等现象。……
