[摘要]目的 總结采用CEREC椅旁CAD-CAM技术治疗活髓牙牙体缺损疾病过程中的护理配合要点。 方法 将本科室于2015年1～ 6月间收治的58例活髓牙牙体缺损患者，作为常规组，为患者提供一般护理服务，将我科于2015年7月～2016年1月间收治的58例活髓牙牙体缺损患者，作为观察组，为其提供常规疾病用药及牙体修复治疗、提供优质护理服务，患者均接受CEREC椅旁CAD-CAM技术修复治疗，总结患者治疗用时及修复效果、总结护理配合要点与患者满意度。 结果 常规组患者修复治疗用时高于观察组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。且常规组3例患者出现修复失败情况；观察组无一例患者出现修复失败情况。常规组患者满意度为84.48%，观察组满意度为94.83%，观察组满意度高于常规组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。 结论 为活髓牙牙体缺损患者提供CEREC椅旁CAD-CAM技术修复过程中，做好优质护理配合，大部分患者修复治疗用时较短，且修复治疗成功率较高，且患者主诉对临床护理服务感到满意。

Nursing cooperation of CEREC chair CAD-CAM technology in repairation of vital pulp teeth defect

[Abstract] Objective To summarize the key points of nursing cooperation of CEREC chair CAD-CAM technology in repairation of vital pulp teeth defect. Methods 58 cases of pulpless teeth defect patients cured in our department from January 2015 to June 2015 were selected as the routine group， and they were treated with general nursing service. 58 cases of pulpless teeth defect patients cured in our department from July 2015 to January 2016 were selected as observation group， and they were treated with routine drug treatment and dental restoration treatment， providing quality care services. All the patients in the two groups were treated with CEREC chair CAD-CAM repair technique. Treatment time and repair effect， the nursing cooperation and patient satisfaction were summarized. Results The treatment time of observation group was higher than that of observation group， the results were statistically significant（P<0.05）. And there were 3 patients with repair failure in routine group. No repair failure occurred in the observation group. The satisfaction rate of the patients in the routine group was 84.48%， the satisfaction of the observation group was 94.83%， which was higher than that of the routine group， and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion During the repairation of vital pulp teeth defect by CEREC chair CAD-CAM technology， high quality nursing cooperation can short the treatment time of most patients， the success rate is higher， and the patients are satisfied with the clinical nursing service.endprint

牙体缺损此种疾病意指多种原因导致正常牙体硬组织缺损、结构破坏等，病因包括龋齿病、外伤等，发生后会导致机体牙体咬合能力受到破坏，而牙体缺损可能会导致患者面部形象、牙齿健康、牙周组织等受到不良影响，而临床针对牙体缺损主要治疗方式包括充填法，但部分患者可能存在牙体缺

损程度严重、不符合充填治疗适应证，而针对此类患者需提供修复手术治疗，修复手术意指采用人造修复体以帮助重塑缺损牙体正常形态，在一定程度上恢复其正常功能[1-3]。陶瓷具有特点包括外形美观、强度大、与机体契合性较高等，本研究通过CAD、CAM技术制作全瓷修复体作为牙体缺损修补材料，可有效缩短传统繁复制作用时，过程包括制作牙体后，在患者口腔内进行光学扫描后制作成印膜，利用计算机技术、最后采用数控研磨仪制成全瓷修复体。……
