[摘要] 目的 探讨中医护理联合常规护理对乳腺癌患者的作用及评价。 方法 选择2015年2月～2017年1月到我科进行治疗的乳腺癌患者90例作为本次研究对象，患者均知情同意，根据患者入院日期单数者为实验组，双数者为对照组，每组各分得患者45例。实验组实施中医护理联合常规护理，对照组仅实施常规护理，每例患者干预时间为3个月。通过量表及临床观察比较两组患者的抑郁、焦虑情况及生活质量、不良反应情况。 结果 实验组患者干预后不良情绪、生活质量、不良反应情况均得到改善，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。 结论 中医护理联合常规护理有利于改善乳腺癌患者的不良情绪，减低不良反应，提高生活质量。

Evaluation effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing combined with routine nursing care in patients with breast cancer

[Abstract] Objective To explore the effect and evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine nursing combined with routine nursing care in patients with breast cancer. Methods 90 cases of patients with breast cancer cured in Department of Surgery of our hospital from February 2015 to January 2017 were selected as the study object. The patients were informed consent， according to the admission date， the singular were as experimental group， the even were as the control group， with 45 cases in each. Patients in experimental group were treated with combination of medical nursing and routine nursing， and patients in control group were treated with routine nursing. The intervention time was 3 months in each patient. The scale and clinical observation were used to compare and observe the depression， anxiety and quality of life， adverse reactions of the two groups. Results The adverse emotions， quality of life and adverse reactions of the experimental group were improved after the intervention， and the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine nursing combined with routine nursing care can improve the bad mood of patients with breast cancer， reduce the adverse reactions， and improve the quality of life.

乳腺癌是女性的常见恶性肿瘤[1]，近年来，发病率越来越高[2]。乳腺癌目前主要采取手术方式进行治疗[3]，乳房作为女性的第二性征，手术后乳房的缺失或外形的改变常给患者带来负面情绪，如抑郁及焦虑[4]。乳腺癌作为恶性肿瘤，化疗是其治疗的一个重要手段，患者在进行化疗时可出现呕吐、脱发、心烦、四肢麻木等不良反应[5]，以上因素均可影响患者的生活质量。进行积极正确的干预可缓解并改善患者的不良情绪，减少不良反应的发生[6]。現我科为了使患者得到更好的护理，将中医护理联合常规护理运用于乳腺癌患者中，得如下报道。

1 资料与方法
